Objective: To study the clinical features of the course and outcome of pregnancy accompanied by acute respiratory viral infections and influenza A (HN^win). Methods and materials. 152 pregnant women who suffered from influenza A (H l^swin), acute respiratory viral infections in different duration of gestation. Results. Similar clinical symptomatology of both influenza A (H1N1 swin) and acute respiratory viral infections during the period of epidemic raise of influenza allow to suggest present nosology including pregnant patients with acute respiratory viral infections. Conclusion. In 4 cases the fatal outcome from influenza related to presence of associated pathology and development of the severe form of influenza complicated by acute respiratory and cardiovascular insufficiency, pulmonary edema, and cerebral edema were registered

The research goal was to study the influence of extremely high temperatures on the hemostasis indices in patients with uncomplicated pregnancies with the concomitant limitation of liquid intake. The research results of hemostasis of pregnant women being hospitalized during the period of spring and summer in 2010 have been analyzed. The differences in the level of hypercoagulation changes of hemostasis in summer and spring have been found to be insignificant. In the platelet link hemostasis in summer of 2010, as compared to the spring, the increase of platelet aggregation and amount has been observed, with the exception of the third trimester, which is marked by the decrease of platelet amount. Hot seasons and liquid intake limitations make additional demands on hemostasis adaptive capacity, increasing the risk of thrombohemorrhagic complications

Objective of the present article is to define optimal tactics and volume of surgical intervention in patients with hysteromyoma during labor process. Evaluation of possibilities and prospects of conservative methods of myomectomy have been determined. 1000 case histories dated 2009 were analyzed. Patients aged from 22 to 43 were under study. During the research it was revealed that hysteromyoma was mostly prevailed in women aged 30 and older (75%). 5% of them were primipara, 44% — bipara. 57% of pregnant patients were delivered by means of cesarean method. Widening of surgical intervention required 29% of 100 observed patients. Conservative myomectomy was conducted for 27 patients (87%), supracervical hysterectomy — for 2 women (6,4%). Natural delivery by vaginal route was marked in 43% of pregnant women with hysteromyoma; it was not a problem for birth and was first diagnosed in the early postnatal period by means of ultrasonic diagnostics. During analysis of the received data attention should be paid to expediency and promising of delivery of patients by means of cesarean method with following conservative myomectomy; it promotes to preserve childbearing function, their quality of life and consequently improves the demographic situation

The research goal is to determine the risk of infectious process development in placenta of women with undifferenti-ated forms of dysplasia of connective tissue (UFDCT) by agents - herpes viruses (VHG - virus of herpes simplex and cytomegalovirus). Persistent infection of VHG was revealed in 133 women in the 1 st trimester of pregnancy. All the patients had phe-notypic manifestations of UFDCT; in the 3d trimester of pregnancy immunogram of the second level, histological study of placenta, identification of antigens of VHG family, serological study of placental blood and isolation of DNA of VHG were carried out. All newborns were clinically and laboratory tested on VHG infection. As pregnant women with UFDCT had high risk of VHG infection development in placenta, they suffered from placental insufficiency. It resulted in unfavourable perinatal outcomes. VHG infection development was caused by disturbances of cellular immunity. The research goal is to study clinical and immunological features of parodentium and cytokine profile in oral cavity of pregnant women. The condition of parodentium tissues was studied at 200 women with physiological pregnancy and 300 women with pregnancy complicated by gestosis. According to the results of examination 50 women with gestosis and 50 women with physiological pregnancy had inflammatory periodontal diseases. Phenotyping of lymphocytes by immunofluorescence method, investigation of necrosis containing factor of tumour-a, interleukin-8, interleukin-4 and transforming growth factor beta-1 in oral cavity by immunofermental analysis were performed. Frequency and character of inflammatory periodontal diseases at pregnancy were defined. Correlation of gingivitis and periodontitis at pregnancy with extragenital pathology was demonstrated. Immune and cytokine disbalance contributed greatly to pathogenesis of inflammatory periodontal diseases at pregnant women. Thus pathogenesis of oral hygiene, smoking, gestosis, immunosuppression and cytokine disbalance affects inflammatory periodontal diseases at pregnant women

Research goal. To study peculiarities of psychovegetative status of pregnant women with fetoplacental insufficiency in condition of delivery preparation by means of biologically feedback method. Materials and methods. 56 pregnant women with chronic fetoplacental insufficiency took drug therapy along with biologically feedback method (BFM), 24 patients didn't undergo seances of bioregulation. Therapeutic results were evaluated after 2-4 weeks of BFM. Results. Probability of chronic fetoplacental insufficiency progress in the absence of BFM-therapy was 32,8%; after seances of bioregulation - 11,3%. Use of BFM-therapy for women with chronic fetoplacental insufficiency promotes normalization of psychovegetative status and decreases probability of this pathology progress by 21,5%. Conclusion. BFM-therapy had maximum efficacy in its day-time conduct. After day-time seances 71,2% of positive results was revealed; in evening - 44,6%; in morning - 56,3%. In day-time BFM-therapy seances 11,6% of unsatisfactory results was marked; while morning and evening seances recognized 18,9% and 23,4% accordingly

Research objective is to define the pathogenesis of varicous veins of small pelvis in women. at Ultrasonic investigation of venous system of small pelvis has been carried out in 290 pregnant women. It revealed 190 patients with varicose veins of small pelvis (VVSP). By means of V.M. Jakovleva's technique phenotypic menifestation of connective tissue dysplasia was determined in all pregnant women. Biochemical manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia were identified by sialic acid level in blood serum, daily excretion of glycosaminoglycans and oxyproline. High frequency of clinical and biochemical manifestations of undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia was revealed in pregnant women with VVSP. Patients with VVSP developed tooth and jaw, facial and locomotor damages. Patients with VVSP characterized by visceral undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia demonstrated by refraction involvement, ventral hernias, flat feet, varicous veins of lower extremities, hypermobile syndrome, mitral valve prolapse of different degree.
