The risk of development and clinical course of somatic diseases have been analyzed in the research work. 111 adolescents suffering from connective tissue dysplasia have been under the study. It has been stated that the frequency of somatic diseases among adolescents with connective tissue dysplasia is higher than this frequency among adolescents without such disease. The aim of investigation is to study heart hemodynamics in teenagers with connective tissue dysplasia of heart (CTDH). 35 patients ages 12 to 15 years with CTDH have been observed: Group I (n=14) are the patients with mitral valve prolapse (MVP) without mitral regurgitation (MR) and myxomatous degeneration(MD) or isolated minor heart abnormalities (MHA), Group II (n=11)are patients with MVP and MR in combination with 1 or2 MHA, and Group III (n=10) are patients with MVP and mixoid degeneration (MD) in combination with 2 or more MHA. The control group consisted of 15 patients of the same age without MHA. All the children passed Doppler and echocardiography. According to the results significant changes of cardiohemodynamic indices in patients of Group I were not observed. The changes of size and volume indices of the left ventricle (LV), increase in wall thickness and diastolic dysfunction of the LV were observed in Group II. The significant changes of systolic function of left ventricular myocardium were observed in Group III. The study comes to the conclusion that teenagers with CTDH have definite changes of heart hemodynamics and functional state of left ventricular myocardium. These changes depend on mitral regurgitation, myxomatous degeneration and MHA combination

Research objective is to define the pathogenesis of varicous veins of small pelvis in women. at Ultrasonic investigation of venous system of small pelvis has been carried out in 290 pregnant women. It revealed 190 patients with varicose veins of small pelvis (VVSP). By means of V.M. Jakovleva's technique phenotypic menifestation of connective tissue dysplasia was determined in all pregnant women. Biochemical manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia were identified by sialic acid level in blood serum, daily excretion of glycosaminoglycans and oxyproline. High frequency of clinical and biochemical manifestations of undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia was revealed in pregnant women with VVSP. Patients with VVSP developed tooth and jaw, facial and locomotor damages. Patients with VVSP characterized by visceral undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia demonstrated by refraction involvement, ventral hernias, flat feet, varicous veins of lower extremities, hypermobile syndrome, mitral valve prolapse of different degree. To study the variants of the clinical course of varicose disease of patients with different grades of connective tissue dysplasia intensity. The results of the examination and treatment of 280 patients with various forms of varicose disease have been studied. The degree (grade) of connective tissue dysplasia intensity has been estimated. The values characterizing flow and coagulation properties of blood, functional activity of thrombocytes have been studied. Morphological, histological, histochemical check studies of extirpated varicose modified veins of patients with various grades of connective tissue dysplasia intensity have been held. The conducted check studies have shown that lower limbs varicose disease of patients with evident connective tissue dysplasia is characterized by early evidence of clinical signs, rapid advance of the disease, widely spread damage of veins and complicated course caused by the weakness of the connective-tissular carcass of a vein wall as well as by evident disorders of flow and coagulation properties of blood. Patients with varicose disease secondary to the evident (expressed) connective tissue dysplasia are in the risk group of palindromia, thrombus complications and trophesies development, need dispensary observation for proper treatment in good time.
