Objective: differentiation of age-dependence indices of aorta, carotid, brachial, femoral arteries and drawing the mathematical model for forensic age determinations on their basis. Material and methods. Objects were: aorta, fragments of right and left carotid, brachial and femoral arteries taken in a complex of 186 male and female corpses, died at the age of 17-94. Research methods consisted of organometrical, histological, micrometrical, correlative and regressive analysis. The Results. Correlative and regressive analysis of 35 indicators of aorta, carotid, brachial and femoral arteries was conducted. All material was divided into figures with a significant correlation with age and performance of age-independent. The mathematical model was composed for calculation of age. Conclusion. Indicated involution of arterial wall and compiled on the basis of a mathematical model for determination the age could be taken as the basis for forensic method of age determination.

Objective. The analysis of cases of medical care for pregnant and postpartum women in "Perinatal Center" Saratov from 2007 till 2012 has been performed to identify morphological features of the structure of myometrium in various types of obstetric hemorrhage. Material and Methods. The study included patients whose postpartum period was complicated by early or late postpartum hemorrhage. Results. A certain incidence of this disease in women of different risk groups has been revealed. Conclusion. Morphological features of myometrium in postpartum women of different risk groups have been studied and the relationship of these complications to the underlying disease has been determined.

Aim: to evaluate the severity of morphological changes in the liver of laboratory animals with prolonged intake of pegilated gold nanoparticles of different sizes from 2 to 50 nm. Material and methods. The experiment was performed on 240 albino rats divided into 4 groups. The animals of experimental groups were orally administered the gold nanoparticles in a specific pattern. Results. Morphological changes in liver depend on the particle size and the duration of administration. Developing pathological changes in the liver are reversible, as evidenced by the gradual recovery of the liver structure 14 days after administration. Conclusion. The most significant changes in the liver were found in the experimental groups with a 30-day administration of 2 and 50 nm gold nanoparticles that show the size-dependent nature of their impact.

The purpose of the article is to assess the severity of the morphological changes in the internal organs of laboratory animals with prolonged oral administration of gold nanoparticles of different sizes. Material and methods: The experiment was carried out on 40 albino rats which were divided into 4 groups. Animals of the experimental group received oral gold nanoparticles by the appropriate scheme. Results: At comparing the morphological changes in the internal organs of laboratory animals it was established that the introduction of gold nanoparticles of different sizes leads to the same type of disturbances of morphological structure, the gold nanoparticles of 1-3 and 50 nm cause the most expressive changes. Conclusion: The most significant morphological modifications in the internal organs were caused by gold nanoparticles of 1-3 and 50 nm. It points out to the size-dependence of the effect of gold nanoparticles.

Hepatic changes have been studied in 25 pupies with modeled stenosis with compensation and 8 animals with decompensated stenosis of pulmonary trunk. For controlling we have used liver of 10 dogs of the same age. Material has been tested by hystological, morfometric and stereometric mesurements. We have figured that after pulmanory trunk stenosis and the decrease in circulation of hepatic venous blood tonus of arteries increases, reflectory and resistance to circulation grows. Except venous-arterial reactions in incoming vessels small boundles of oblique intimal muscular system, muscular-elastic sfincters, polipsimillar pillows have been formed and in outcoming vessels muscular structures hypertrophy.has been indicated In case decompensated stenosis with hypoxia relaxation of outcoming and outgoing vessels happens, the quantity of arteries with adapting structures decreases, and muscular formations of hepatic veins atrophy.

80 case histories of patients with breast cancer were analyzed. During the preoperative examination with objective and instrumental examination methods used the malignant process was suspected but no morphological verification was received. Physical examination revealed 75% cases of cancer. Roentgenologic evidence of malignant tumor was found in 43.5% women. Ultrasound examination of mammary glands showed that 57.7% of patients had cancer symptoms. Despite the repeated puncture aspiration biopsy, preoperative morphological examination proved to be negative. The reasons of morphological verification failure are connected with technical difficulties and morphological features of tumor structure. Negative malignant process verification necessitated the diagnostic partial mastectomy. To achieve ablasticity ofexcisional biopsyit is necessary to keep 2 cm from the tumor. Staged morphological diagnosis verifies the diagnosis in all patients, allowing to choose the adequate extentof surgical procedures.

Measuring of main anthropometric indexes was made with the subsequent calculation of different indexes. Preliminary all subjects have been divided into groups depending on somatic type. It was established that the macro-microscopical structure of humeral bones, irrespective of the age of studied subjects, depends on their somatic type.
