The lymphoid structures of inguinal lymph nodes and cells of the peripheral blood of 104 Vistar male rats of both experimental and control groups have been investigated by means of modern hystological and immunohystochemical methods. It has been revealed that the delta-sleep inducing peptide (DSIP) and Semax (synthetic analogue of ACTH 4-10) preliminary injection causes emotional stress influence on the increase of proliferative and destructive mac-rophage processes in the actively functional zones of inguinal lymph nodes. The relative quantity of small lymphocytes in the germinal centers of lymphoid nodules of inguinal lymph nodes has decreased in 1,3 per hour after the emotional stress in comparison with the indices of control groups. After the injection of DSIP the quantity of small lymphocytes resistant to stress in animals has decreased insignificantly, as for rats predisposed to stress it has increased in 1,2 in comparison with the data of control groups. It has been found out that the DSIP and Semax injection decreases stressinduced condition of lymphoid cells in peripheral blood as well as in lymphoid structures of inguinal lymph nodes А.А. The effect of electromagnetic radiation of terahertz range at frequency of emission and absorption molecular spectrum of 150+0,75GHz nitric oxide on morphofunctional changes of microcirculation and tissue structure in animals in condition of acute and prolonged immobilization stress has been studied. It has shown that the influence of electromagnetic waves at these frequencies causes activity decrease of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal and tireoyd axis of stress reaction. It has been determined that terahertz range waves at frequency of nitric oxide are liable to restore disturbances of intravascular, vascular and extravascular components of microcirculation and also have histoprotective effect I.O. The research goal is to determine risk factors of periodontal disease development, psychophysiological personal types and their interrelations in clinically healthy persons. 47 first-year cadets of St.-Petersburg Military School of radio electronics have been examined. This group of respondents has been chosen by presence of such social stressor as change of place of living (97,9% cadets have arrived in St.-Petersburg from other cities and republics of the Russian Federation) and strict disciplinary conditions. The research has revealed a low level of oral hygiene, cases of mild gingivitis in most respondents. The general mental state of group under study is characterized by raised level of personal anxiety and low indices of reactive anxiety. The examined group has demonstrated anxiety, tension, indecision and lowered stress stability. Clinically healthy persons are more liable to develop inflammatory and inflammatory-destructive periodontal diseases. It was possible to determine psychophysiological features correlated with physiological parameters of risk degree of periodontal diseases. It may have a great significance in defining of periodontal disease etiology and pathogenesis O.V. Medvedeva, V.F. Kirichuk, A.I. Kodochigova, M.G. Kucherov, I.N. Low-intensify electro-magnetic waves (EMW) influence were studied at experiment. Certain EMI frequency regimes (they are transparent for the water and water-binding substances, and they are known as trans-resonance) can intensify the metabolic rate. In turn, certain EMW frequency regimes (they are not transparent for the water and the water-containing tissues, and they are called as non-resonance) can disturb the native electro-magnetic status of the cells and can lead to morphological changes in organs. Morphological changes in adrenal glands and cortizol level of 60 White Vistar rats (males) in serum under transparent EMW frequency regimes and non-transparent ones were examined. Transparent and non-transparent frequency regimes impact the various changes in adrenals. Cortizol level corresponds to morphologic conclusion. Stress modified EMW-effects in both variants - under resonance and non-resonance EMW frequency regimes in adrenal morphology and cortizol level. Ju.V. Polina, E.B. Rodzaevskaya, L.I. An experiment was carried out at the research field of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka,
Bangladesh with the objective of verifying the effects of different salinity levels on the germination, growth and
yield of four irrigated rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars. The experiment was performed with 6 NaCl
concentrations viz. 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 mM. It was observed that seed germination, plant height, tiller
number and leaf area index are negatively influenced by different salinity levels in all the rice varieties. All the
yield components that is number of panicles, panicle length, spikelets per panicle, filled grain and grain weight
also significantly decrease with the increased salinity stress. An increase of NaCl concentration up to 150 mM
decreased 36-50% of the grain yield of all the four rice varieties. Among the varieties BRRI dhan41 showed
better performance at salinity stress up to a certain level.
