There had been shown a normalizing effect of THz radiation of MEAS (molecular emission and absorption spectrum) of 400 GHz nitrogen oxide occurrence on aggregation parameters of thrombocytes in patients with unstable angina at in vitro conditions. 180 patients with an unstable angina had been involved in to the research.

The presented research aimed to study biophysical effects of exogenic and endogenic nitrogen oxide (NO) molecules in crossed magnetic and electric fields, with their molecular emission and absorption rotation spectra (MEAS) of 240 GHz occurrence, on blood rheological properties in the patients with unstable angina. 60 patients, aged 55.6±0.93 years, with unstable angina were included in this study. The study results display that the further research is necessary in normalizing influence of MEAS of 240 GHz nitrogen oxide occurrence in crossed magnetic and electric fields on defected blood rheological properties.

In this review, there is generalized material of many experimental researches in interaction of THz-waves molecular emission and absorption spectrum (MEAS) of nitrogen oxide occurrence with bioobjects. Thrombocytes and experimental animals were used as bioobjects. The experiments let indicate changes caused by THz-waves: at the cellular, tissular, system, organismic levels. There are all data of changes in physiological mechanisms of reglations at all levels: autocrine, paracrine, endocrine and nervous. There is a complex overview of experimental material firstly performed in the article. There had been shown that the effect of THz-waves of the given occurrence is realized by the changed activity of nitroxidergic system. It had been proved that THz-waves of nitrogen oxide occurrence can stimulate nitrogen oxide producing in organs and tissues in condition of its low concentration. Possible mechanisms of antiaggregative effect of the given waves had been described. There had been shown the possibility of regulating of vascular tone and system hemodynamics with the help of the studying these frequencies. The represented data of lipid peroxidation and enzymatic and nonenzymatic components of organism system under the influence of THz-waves of nitrogen oxide occurrence in stress conditions. Besides, there were shown changes of stress-regulating system activity and in concentration of important mediators - catecholamines and glucocorticosteroids. These data let characterize mechanism of realization of THz-waves basic effects. The research had shown the possibility of THz-waves of nitrogen oxide occurrence usage as a method of natural physiological noninvasive regulation of significant organism functions.

There has been studied influence of terahertz waves of molecular and absorption spectrum occurrence of 150.176-150.664 GHz nitrogen oxide on intensity of lipid peroxidation processes and blood antioxidant characteristics in 75 white outbred male-rats of 180-220 g under the immobilization stress condition. The tests were performed with account of lipid peroxidation metabolites – lipid hydroperoxides, malondialdehyde. The states of blood antioxidant activity were peroxide erythrocyte resistance, superoxide dismutase and catalasa, general sulfhydryl groups and vitamin E. There has been displayed that under the influence of the THz-band of 150.176-150.664 GHz nitrogen oxide occurrence there was a total normalization of lipid peroxidation processes and of functional antioxidants activity (on the background of stress at white rats).

A continuing relevance of the study is in researching of new non-drug methods of stress traumas correction. Stress is the main reason of different diseases and, first of all, of a cardiovascular system failure. The study aims the researching of the effect of electromagnetic waves of 150.176–150.664 GHz nitrogen oxide molecular and absorption spectrum occurrence. This is the most important natural regulator of endocellular interactions; it also influences the rheological blood indices in experimental stress-reaction of white male-rats. The blood rheological properties research was organized with the help of the rotation viscosimeter with a free-floating cylinder “АКР-2” [trasliteration from Russian: “a ka er 2”]. The result of the experiments displayed that: 1) the exposure of electromagnetic waves of 150.176–150.664 GHz nitrogen oxide molecular and absorption spectrum occurrence is able to regenerate (depending on a time mode) acute stress-dependent blood viscosity defects and the functional erythrocytes activity – their deformability and aggregation; 2) a 5-minute exposure of electromagnetic waves of the same frequencies band does not have influence with the stress-damaged blood viscosity and functional erythrocytes activity; 15-minute and 30-minute modes of exposure of THz-band electromagnetic waves of 150.176–150.664 GHz nitrogen oxide are effective and totally regenerate stress-dependent blood viscosity defects and functional erythrocytes activity – their deformability and aggregation.

This article contains information on principle of operation, technical parameters and possible application of Orbita {transliteration from Russian} apparatus for hemodynamic, fibrinolytic and peripheral perfusion disorders treatment. A single exposure to terahertz waves emitted by Orbita apparatus, corresponding to frequencies of molecular absorption and emission spectra of atmospheric oxygen (129.0 GHz), completely cures coagulant and fibrinolytic disorders of animals with acute immobilization stress. A course of treatment with electromagnetic waves corresponding to frequencies of molecular absorption and emission spectra of nitrogen oxide (150.176 – 150.664) leads to normalization of disrupted peripheral tissue perfusion parameters of animal undergoing treatment and stimulates basal and induced output of nitrogen oxide. This leads to decrease in peripheral vascular resistance to microcirculation and increase in blood flow to microvasculature. Experimental data provided in this article serves as a proof of viability of Orbita apparatus for treatment of coagulant, fibrinolytic and tissue perfusion disorders.

The aim was to study the effects of exposure of albino rats to continuous terahertz radiation with frequencies equal to absorption and emission frequencies of nitrogen oxide (150.176-150.664 GHz) and atmospheric oxygen (129.0 ± 0.75 GHz) during their immobilization stress on their blood flow rate. Methods – The group of 120 male non-pedigree albino rats with average weight of 180-220 g was chosen as a test subject. Simulation of hemodynamic disorders was achieved by incurring active immobilization stress. All rats were exposed to electromagnetic terahertz radiation equal to absorption and emission frequencies of nitrogen oxide (150.176-150.664 GHz) and atmospheric oxygen (129.0 ± 0.75 GHz) for 5, 15 and 30 minutes. Results – Experimental simulation of hemodynamic disorders during acute immobilization stress has shown that exposure to continuous terahertz radiation with frequencies equal to absorption and emission frequencies of nitrogen oxide (150.176-150.664 GHz) and atmospheric oxygen (129.0 ± 0.75 GHz) for 5, 15 and 30 minutes allows to revert post-stress hemodynamic changes in great vessels. Conclusion – This allows using terahertz electromagnetic radiation with frequencies equal to absorption and emission frequencies of nitrogen oxide (150.176-150.664 GHz) and atmospheric oxygen (129.0 ± 0.75 GHz) to treat hemodynamic disorders accompanying some of pathologic diseases.
