There had been studied the effect of THz therapy of nitrogen oxide (NO) waves in effort angina at 36 middle-aged patients and at 20 patients of a certain age. Antianginal effect in the both groups did not differ. At the middle-aged patients (46-59 years) there had been revealed an increase of anticoagulant blood potency, at the elderly patients (60-74 years) – a decrease of natural procoagulant activity.

There had been studied an antianginal effect and hemodynamic effects of THz electromagnetic waves of molecular NO spectrum (150.176 ... 150.664 GHz) in 19 smokers and 18 non-smokers patients with angina. It had been fixed that antianginal, pulse slowing and antihypertensive effects of THz waves in both groups did not differ.

A reaction of biomolecules had been studied, including an effect of albumin molecules on THz electromagnetic waves on frequencies of active cell metabolites (nitrogen oxide 150.176-150.664 GHz and atmospheric oxygen 129.0 GHz). Change of conformational molecule state had been displayed.
