A new methodology for studying the activity of underground mammals with the use of a digital portable voice recorder has been elaborated. Previously, mole rats were visually recorded by ground thrown-out from holes to the soil surface. Voice recorders enable us to determine if the system of holes is inhabited or not. In addition, the time of day when animals move through the system of holes may be determined. This method of studying the activity of mammals with an underground way of life has been applied and approved for the first time.

В работе рассматривается проблема специфики и особенностей форм фиксации моральной ответственности в профессиональной деятельности. В качестве методологии исследования используются достижения философской мысли, представленные в работах отечественных и зарубежных философов. Показывается, что свобода человека как субъекта всех видов профессиональной деятельности предполагает ответственность не только за все сделанное, но и за все то, что сделано не было. В связи с усложнением социальной жизни и небывалым развитием производительных сил в современном мире ответственность в сфере профессиональной деятельности возросла до такой степени, что многие специалисты полагают возможным говорить об институциональных формах в развитии профессиональной этики. Возрастающая сложность и взаимозависимость мира, все более интенсивное развитие науки, техники и всевозможных технологий определяют ответственность в качестве важнейшей ценности, позволяющей выжить человеку и миру. The present article considers the problem of peculiar forms of moral responsibility in professional activity. As methodological basis we use the achievements of philosophical thought presented in the works of Russian and foreign philosophers. It is shown that personal freedom as the subject of all types of professional activity assumes responsibility not only for everything done, but also for everything that is not done. Due to the complication of social life and unknown development of productive forces in the modern world, the responsibility increased in the sphere of professional activity to such an extent that many experts believe it possible to speak about institutional forms in the development of professional Ethics. The increasing complexity and interdependence of the world, more and more intensive development of science and various technologies define the responsibility as the major value that allows surviving of a the person and the world.

В статье на материале нескольких последних обсуждений проблем социальных технологий на страницах журнала «Вопросы философии» анализируются различные подходы к пониманию содержания категории «социальные технологии» и эволюция такого понимания. Дается авторская трактовка сущности социальной технологии, которую предлагается называть социокультурной, в отличие от сциентистской. Рассматривается соотношение категорий «ценность» и «социальная технология»; предпринимается попытка понимания проблемы генезиса ценностей как элементов культуры и механизма их трансформации через систему социальных технологий. Предлагается социально-технологическое понимание категорий «цивилизация» и «формация», при этом последние выполняют роль социальных мегатехнологий, организации социального бытия. Тем самым обращается внимание на методологический аспект категории «социальная технология» в социальной философии. Определяются основные элементы и этапы развития социальных технологий как сложного процесса социальной деятельности, выражающей «активное отношение» субъекта к миру. Предлагается общая дефиниция понятия «социальная технология». Basing on the discussions in the periodical ‘Voprosy filosifii’ [Issues of Philosophy] about the issues of social technologies this article examines different approaches to the essence of the “social technology” notion and to the evolution of its perception. There is presented the author's interpretation of the social technology, which could be described as socio-cultural which differs from the scientistic approach. The author considers the correlation between the categories “value” and “social technology”. Thereby, he scrutinizes the genesis of values as cultural elements and the mechanism of their transformation via the system of social technologies. Also the author proposes a socio-technological view of the categories “civilization” and “for-mation”, the latter serving as social mega-technologies of organization of social existence. Thus, the attention is paid to the methodological aspect of the category of “social technology” in social philosophy. The article defines the major elements and thresholds of development of social technologies as a complex process of social activity which expresses an individual’s “active attitude” towards the world. The general definition of the concept “social technology” is also suggested.

Objective: to determine the implementation of extra-curricular work by students of the Faculty of Dentistry in the discipline of Prosthetic Dentistry. Material and Methods. On the basis of the PLO was created VPO questionnaire including various kinds of students' independent work, and reflects the attitude and the volume of this work by students in various courses in the discipline of prosthetic dentistry. Results. The study showed that 97% of students would prefer to use the CDS in the form of a presentation, outline — 98%, in any form — 10%. Conclusion. Active involvement of students in extra-curricular work independently will prepare specialists of higher level and promote the best professional adaptation of graduates and retain them for the future practice.

На подпочве проработанных научных публикаций представлено собственное видение относительно основных заданий и направлений декомпозиции финансово-экономической диагностики сельскохозяйственных предприятий.

Although acetylenes are common as components of terrestrial plants, it is only within the last 30 years that biologically active polyacetylenes having unusual structural features have been reported from aquatic organisms: cyanobacteria, algae, fungi, invertebrates, and other sources. Naturally occurring aquatic acetylenes are of particular interest since many of them display important biological activities and possess antitumor, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antifouling, antifungal, pesticidal, phototoxic, HIV inhibitory, and immuno-suppressive properties. There is no doubt that they are of great interest, especially for the medicinal and/or pharmaceutical industries. This review presents structures and describes cytotoxic and anticancer activities of more than 230 acetylenic metabolites isolated from aquatic organisms. With the computer program PASS some additional biological activities are also predicted, which point toward possible new applications of these compounds. This review emphasizes the role of aquatic acetylenic compounds as an important source of leads for drug discovery.

Present review describes research on novel natural antitumor agents isolated from marine sponges. More than 90 novel cytotoxic antitumor compounds and their synthetic analogs have shown confirmed activity in vitro tumor cell lines bioassay and are of current interest to NCI for further in vivo evaluation. A great problem, to use directly the reservoir of marine organisms for therapy is the very low availability and the isolation of only very small amounts of the biologically active substances from the natural materials. Thus, the synthetic chemistry is required to develop high yield synthetic methods, which are able to produce sufficient marine alkaloids for a broad biological screening. This review will present some of the aspects of the medicinal chemistry developed recently to introduce such modifications. The structures, origins, synthesis and biological activity of a selection of N-heterocyclic marine sponge alkaloids are reviewed. The emphasis is on compounds poised as potential anticancer drugs: pyrroles, pyrazines, imidazole, and other structural families. With computer program PASS some additional biological activities are also predicted, which point toward new possible applications of these compounds. This review emphasizes the role of marine sponge alkaloids as an important source of leads for drug discovery.
