With progress in depth, the most effective way to increase the field of application of room and pillar system is the transition to the combined support of the ore-concrete-ore or concreteore-concrete methods. With this arrangement, treatment of mine workings along the strike of the ore body enables the use of mobile equipment, which allows increasing performance indicators of stopping: performance ofsecond working, labor of face worker, labor intensity.

В условиях внешнего экономического давления повышается роль внутренних резервов роста российской экономики. Вступивший в силу 5-й технологический уклад обозначил новую роль информации как стратегического ресурса общества. Таким образом, в настоящее время качественный скачок экономики России возможен только на основе использования достижений научно-технического прогресса и при активном развитии сектора инфокоммуникационных технологий. В научной литературе сегодня активно используется термин «информатизация». В работе проанализированы существующие толкования этого понятия, а также сделан вывод об отсутствии общей трактовки данного процесса в правовом поле России, что особенно касается федерального законодательства. Авторами сформулировано собственное определение информатизации, определены цели, субъект, объект, предмет этого процесса. Рассмотрены ее составляющие, в частности, интеллектуализация, медиатизация, компьютеризация. Выявлены особенности каждого из процессов на современном этапе развития экономики России. Сформулирован тезис о необходимости увеличения количества информации, находящейся в открытом доступе, что должно, по мнению авторов, ускорить процесс информатизации. Определены цели информатизации, рассмотрены аспекты влияния информатизации на экономику, определены положительные и отрицательные последствия данного процесса. Сделан вывод о центральной роли государства в процессе управления информатизацией, необходимости законодательного определения понятия, целей и механизмов управления информатизацией. Проанализированы существующие в законодательных документах и научной литературе показатели, оценивающие данный процесс, выявлена, показана и обоснована их некорректность, предложена авторская система показателей оценки информатизации как процесса, включающая в себя шесть составных частей. Она включает в себя систему показателей, характеризующих цель информатизации (отражают общие характеристики качества предмета информатизации), индикаторы затрат на информатизацию (делятся на индикаторы первоначальных инвестиций и индикаторы текущих затрат), показатели, характеризующие процесс медиатизации (показывает доступность входящей информации, ее достоверность, скорость ее формирования, необходимый объем и степень ее защищенности), показатели процесса компьютеризации, показатели процесса интеллектуализации (дают представление об уровне интеграции работы людей и информационной системы) и показатели эффективности процесса информатизации.

The author performed the analysis and the classification of the factors of enterprise financial security provision. The article contains
the detailed analysis of certain classifications of the term “financial security” explained by Ukrainian and Russian scientists.
The author both identified the factors, which may be implemented to provide the required level of financial security, and improved
some well-known classifications. The proposed hierarchy of the factors enables to develop the system of indicators of the company
financial security and to implement the leverage of the neutralization of financial threats.

Objective: to determine the implementation of extra-curricular work by students of the Faculty of Dentistry in the discipline of Prosthetic Dentistry. Material and Methods. On the basis of the PLO was created VPO questionnaire including various kinds of students' independent work, and reflects the attitude and the volume of this work by students in various courses in the discipline of prosthetic dentistry. Results. The study showed that 97% of students would prefer to use the CDS in the form of a presentation, outline — 98%, in any form — 10%. Conclusion. Active involvement of students in extra-curricular work independently will prepare specialists of higher level and promote the best professional adaptation of graduates and retain them for the future practice.

Aim: to establish the structure of the relationship between the change in regulations of fluorographic regimen and frequency of occurrence of bacillary excretion (MBT+), destructive forms of the disease in patients with newly diagnosed tuberculosis. Materials and Methods. 1,428 cases with newly diagnosed tuberculosis — a form №089u-tub, as well as other types of reports of the Saratov region have been analyzed. Statistical analysis has been performed by computer software «Microsoft Excel» and «Statistica-6.0». Analysis of the data by the test of Kolmogorov — Spirin has showed normality of their distribution. Confidence index was assessed by Student's. Differences were assessed as valid if the probability was 95% (P<0.05) and higher. Results. The group with the presence of medical and biological risk factors for tuberculosis, for one reason or another do not pass a fluorographic examination in the next 3-5 years, the number of patients with the collapse of the lung tissue was 45.2%, the MBT+ —45.7%. In cases where the lastfluoro- graphic examination performed five years ago, the number of patients with the collapse increased to 58.8% and from the MBT+ — up to 64.3% (P<0.05). A similar trend was observed in the groups of patients with other risks for tuberculosis. Conclusion. Parameters of a regression between the periodicity of fluorographic examination and frequency of decay occurrence and bacillary excretion in patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis have been defined. It has been established that an increase in the multiplicity of fluorographic examination among those with no risk factors for ТВ to 1 time per year reduces the incidence of smear-10.1% of patients with the collapse of the lung tissue by 7.3%.

Guaranteed maximization of financial returns from economic structures is only possible if all of its systems are focused on selecting target operations with maximum efficiency. Is it possible? Any system is created to enhance the value of output products of the system operation. Thus, two products: a consumer product that has value to the customer and the target product (value added), rewarding manufacturer of consumer value are formed at the output of the managed system. If the management system has degrees of freedom, obtaining a consumer product with desired quality characteristics can be achieved with various management modes, each corresponding to their costs, results and operation time. All that is necessary is to be able to evaluate the efficiency of the operation based on its basic indicators, available for any operation. Efficiency formula, which can be used to assess any target operation, including with distributed parameters was obtained. In this case, it is necessary to use numerical methods. As applied to the model of the simple operation, efficiency formula is extremely simple. To use it, it is necessary to get only three parameters from the system under study: the cost estimate of input products of the operation, the cost estimate of output products of the operation and the operation time. Since these basic indicators are available in absolutely any system, they can all be oriented to achieve the global goal – the maximum resource efficiency.
