Изменение механизмов управления представлено как проявление векторов социальной эволюции, включая рост организационной сложности, совершенствование культурно-психологических средств регуляции поведения и рост социального интеллекта, а также, в более общем виде, усложнения планетарной антропосферы как универсального мегатренда. В статье также обсуждается вопрос о том, ограничены ли регуляторные возможности разума пределами Земли или являются в перспективе космически значимым фактором. Following the notion of self-organization and control as the basic evolutionary fac-tors, the author brings them into correlation with morals and law in social sphere. The transformation of the controlling mechanisms is interpreted as a manifestation of the social evolution’s vectors, which include growing organization complexity, perfection of cultural and psychological means of behavior-regulation and development of social intelligence; integrally, complication of the planetary anthroposphere as a universal megatrend. The issue discussed in the article is whether mind’s control potential is limited by the Earth’s scope or it might potentially become a cosmically relevant factor.

The purpose of the article is to identify patterns of change in the properties of biocompatible coatings during modernization of its structure by changing the morphology and crystallinity of the starting powder particles of hydroxyapatite (HA) for agglomeration and subsequent grinding. Material and methods. We investigated the morphology, degree of crystallinity and internal tension in HA powder with a particle size of 40-90 microns in the initial state and after the agglomeration process and structure piasmasprayed HA coatings application methods ray analysis (XRF and XRD) on DRON-3, infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR spectrometer Nicolet 6700), optical (MIM-8) and atomic force microscopy (SMM-2000), the laser microprobe (Spectrum 2000). Results: It was shown that change in particle morphology HA agglomerated and subsequently grinding increases the uniformity of the porous structure, its crystallinity, reduce internal stresses developing surface morphology of the coating and its nanostructuring. Conclusion. It is recommended for the improvement of characteristics of the porous structure (uniformity, strength, adhesion), and the surface morphology of implant to use agglomerating starting powders and their subsequent grinding.

On the basis of clinical stomatologic examination of 367 students of institute of higher education in Ufa at the age from 16 to 29 years it is established, that prevalence of dento-maxillary anomalies makes 62,9%. In structure combined anomalies are prevailing - 46,3%. Among anomalies of occlusion overjet occur more often - 42,9%. High prevalence of dento-maxillary anomalies requires improving the complex of treatment and prophylaxis actions for this category

Проверена возможность использования рентгенодифрактометрических экспериментов по определению поглощательной способности металлов к рентгеновскому излучению для оценки изменений структуры в результате упрочняющей обработки. Показано, что эффективная длина поглощения рентгеновских лучей в металлах связана со структурными перестройками при активной пластической деформации и при формировании поверхностных плёнок. It was checked the possibility of X-rays diffractometric experiments using for determining of the x-ray absorbability of metals for determining the changes in its structure as a result of strengthening treatment. It was shown that the effective absorption length of X-rays in metals depended on structure change at the active plastic deformation and on the formation of surface films.

Yersinia pestis spread throughout the Americas in the early 20th century, and it occurs predominantly as a single clone within this part of the world. However, within Eurasia and parts of Africa there is significant diversity among Y. pestis strains, which can be classified into different biovars (bv.) and/or subspecies (ssp.), with bv. orientalis/ssp. pestis most closely related to the American clone. To determine one aspect of the relatedness of these different Y. pestis isolates, the structure of the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of four wild-type and one LPS-mutant Eurasian/African strains of Y. pestis was determined, evaluating effects of growth at mammalian (37 °C) or flea (25 °C) temperatures on the structure and composition of the core oligosaccharide and lipid A. In the wild-type clones of ssp. pestis, a single major core glycoform was synthesized at 37 °C whereas multiple core oligosaccharide glycoforms were produced at 25 °C. Structural differences occurred primarily in the terminal monosaccharides. Only tetraacyl lipid A was made at 37 °C, whereas at 25 °C additional pentaacyl and hexaacyl lipid A structures were produced. 4-Amino-4-deoxyarabinose levels in lipid A increased with lower growth temperatures or when bacteria were cultured in the presence of polymyxin B. In Y. pestis ssp. caucasica, the LPS core lacked d-glycero-d-manno-heptose and the content of 4-amino-4-deoxyarabinose showed no dependence on growth temperature, whereas the degree of acylation of the lipid A and the structure of the oligosaccharide core were temperature dependent. A spontaneous deep-rough LPS mutant strain possessed only a disaccharide core and a slightly variant lipid A. The diversity and differences in the structure of the Y. pestis LPS suggest important contributions of these variations to the pathogenesis of this organism, potentially related to innate and acquired immune recognition of Y. pestis and epidemiologic means to detect, classify, control and respond to Y. pestis infections.

The research goal is the comparative analysis of morbidity of sexually transmitted diseases in the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus in dynamics in the period from 1997 till 2007. Research data have been taken from statistic documents based on observations of STD registered in the countries under study. Statistical data manipulation has been done on PC (Pentium IV) in the programme Microsoft Excel. According to the research results the morbidity indices of most STD have been decreased. The higher morbidity indices of trichomoniasis have been noticed in Russia -186,2 and in Republic of Belarus-220,4 for the population of 100 000 people. The results of research have shown that it is necessary to work out normative documents, to identify the contingent of patients and repetition factor of medical examinations to prevent the spread of STD

The rough-type lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of the plague pathogen, Yersinia pestis, was studied after mild-acid and strong-alkaline degradations by chemical analyses, NMR spectroscopy and electrospray-ionization mass spectrometry, and the following structure of the core region was determined:where L-alpha-D-Hep stands for L-glycero-alpha-D-manno-heptose, Sug1 for either 3-deoxy-alpha-D-manno-oct-2-ulosonic acid (alpha-Kdo) or D-glycero-alpha-D-talo-oct-2-ulosonic acid (alpha-Ko), and Sug2 for either beta-D-galactose or D-glycero-alpha-D-manno-heptose. A minority of the LPS molecules lacks GlcNAc.
