The author formed a common economic mechanism of reproductive efficiency of resource potential of the agricultural sector. It includes economic,
legal, environmental and social practices of development and regulation of reproduction of resources at all levels - from the state to the individual
enterprise with the development of the territories. The proposed mechanism can be detailed for the formation of the general concept of effective
environmental management and targeted programs for national and regional development.
