Приводится оценка численности и плотности населения средних и крупных млекопитающих на примере одного из районов Мордовии. Характеризуется динамика численности охотничьих видов и даётся прогноз её оптимально возможной величины при соблюдении комплекса биотехнических мероприятий.

Aim. For many years, SRC-FMBC carried out comprehensive monitoring of radiation-hygienic situation in order to assess the dynamics of the measurement of the environmental media, public health and to develop health and epidemiological measures to assure the public welfare. Matherial and methods. The radiation-hygienic conditions of the environment are assessed by comparing the obtained results with the regional background values. Result. The radionuclide concentrations in the environmental media within the NPP supervision area do not exceed typical regional background values. We studied the radionuclide concentrations in some foodstuffs of plant and animal origin, drinking water and other environmental media. The concentrations of 137Cs and 90Sr in foodstuffs are the same as in the similar foodstuffs from other regions and the whole Russia. This is due to global precipitation of 137Cs and 90Sr following the nuclear weapons tests and accident at the Chernobyl NPP of 1986. Conclusion. According to analysis of the main health indicators of the public living around the NPP, general state of the adult and children public is healthy. There is no impact of the NPP on negative trends in some changing indicators of the adult and children public health.

We propose the analysis of the monitoring systems of economic development of region as a tool of regional policy, identifying promising areas of the region and effective ways to implement them, evaluate the effectiveness of the principal functions of the regional administration.

Aim: the analysis of epidemiological monitoring of Parkinson's disease. Material and Methods. We conducted the full-design population study in the six closed administrative-territorial unit (Seversk, Zarechniy, Ozersk, Lesnoy, Sarov and Zheleznogorsk) with an adult's population about 450000 in the period from 2009 to 2012. For collecting information was developed the register of PD. Results. 588 patients with PD were revealed and enrolled, including 302 patients, who were revealed in the first. Primary morbidity was 11.0 per 100000 population in 2009, and in 2010 and 2011 it was 25.7 and 22.7 per 100000 population respectively. By the beginning of 2012 was so-called "dredging" of patients from population (revealing of all patients, who were not revealed earlier) and was 8.5 per 100000. Total morbidity for 4 years of observation increased: so in 2009 it was 33.1 per 100000, in 2010-92.5 per 100000, in 2011-114,2 per 100000, and in 2013-118,7 per 100000, the same like international data. The Evolution of sex and age structure according to the Register's data showed: 1) peak of morbidity at age 70-74 years, with the decay over 85 years; 2) morbidity was higher in men aged 70-74 years and older. Conclusion. Implementation of the Register of PD's patients annually allowed to monitoring of the morbidity and statistically significant show the basic epidemiological evidence and undertake federal and sampling comparative studies, it is necessary for evaluation of the changes of Parkinson's disease status, which can't be done on the basis of the state statistical dates.

The monitoring (ecology and toxicology) of pesticides presence in a soil results in a set of heterogeneous information regarding: the number and the kind of weed plant in sowing of different cultures, the term of herbicide presence in agrosystem components, the ecological loading, etc. For pesticides impact assessment of agrosystem offered combined evaluation of scale that include ecological-agrochemical parameters (physicalchemical properties, solubility in water and organic solvents, DT50 and etc.) and toxicological-hygienic parameters (LD50, ADI and etc.). The scheme of the structuring and analysis of data for several pesticides was designed. The initial data are entered in working area of the tables formed in the program Excel and STATISTICA. Then they are subjected to mathematical processing. The basic methods are dispersion and correlation analysis. Then information is imported to a database "Herbicide 99" (been created on the basis of MS ACCESS 97 program). Now, we keep in database information about 304 active ingredients, which are herbicides (162 preparations), fungicides (90 preparations) and insecticides (87 preparations). Database allows (with the help of the integrated tools) to spend additional mathematical processing of data, to query the searches and to receive the reports about necessary information. For example, it is possible to create the report about average values of productivity, increase of a crop and ecological loading on different cultures with respect to the place of application herbicides. This method helps the researcher to apply herbicides in practice, to perform the operative management of agrosystem regarding the greatest degree of safety for an environment. The behaviour of herbicides (metsulfuron-methyl, prosulfuron, rimsulfuron, sulfometuron-methyl, chlorsulfuron, imazapyr, imazethapyr and imazamox) in agrosystem was investigated applying database data as well as the own experimental data (the green house and the laboratory experiments).
