Статья освещает итоги обобщения мирового опыта стимулирования развития малого бизнеса через кредитование. В статье также изложены мысли автора относительно применимости и совместимости иностранного опыта в России и предложены подходу к решению некоторых проблем в этой области.

Рассмотрены возможности применения компьютерного прогноза спектра биологической активности при назначении комбинированной терапии антигипертензивными препаратами.

Проведена оптимизация метода спектральной оптической когерентной томографии (ОКТ), реализованного на базе измерительного интерферометра Физо и компенсирующего интерферометра Майкельсона. Произведены оценки уровня шума и динамического диапазона системы при практической реализации метода. Оптимизация временных параметров системы проведена в соответствии с предложенной моделью шумов. Показано хорошее соответствие проведенных численных оценок и экспериментальных результатов

This group of patients took part in a research study of the single-stage method of treatment with laparoscopy has been preferably performed in this group of patients. The purpose ofthe present work was to study the possibility of use the artificial disk «PRODISK» at cervical level after ablation of intervertebraldisk’s hernia. The basis of this research is complexexamination and surgical treatment of a 52-years-old-woman with osteochondrosis of cervical spine and with radiculopathy syndrome because of compression of spinal hernia roots of intervertebral disk On May, 29th, 2007 the patientwas operated: «diskectomyC6-C7' disk’s hernia removal, implantation of an artificial disk« PRODISK»at the level C6- C7». The patient became active on the third day after the operation, and she was discharged in eight days. Her neurologic symptoms regressed completely. Range of cervical motions was in the normal condition (flexia/anteflexia-35 °-40 °). The pain syndrome was arrested (VAS-2, VRS-1). We consider that any operation causes disorder of structural and functional properties and requires prosthetics of intervertebral disk’s, which can fully reconstruct biomechanical qualities of the operated segment

To determine methods of combined endoscopic correction of gastroduodenal perforations three series of experiments and investigations on esophagogastric organs have been performed for the purpose to study technical possibilities of making hollow organ wall destruction and determination of technical parameters of endoscopic defect obturation. In the second series of experiments, possibility of gastroduodenal perforation modeling has been studied. In the third series of experiments, different methods of temporary obturation of gastroduodenal perforation foramens have been used. Results have been analyzed on the basis of intraoperative observation on the 1,2,3,7 and 14ttdays after the endoscopic correction with the succeeding dynamic data evaluation of the obstruction zone endoscopic control. Combined endoscopic correction of perforation is used when surgery is contraindicated. It must be noted that, stomach drainage, pneumoperitoneum correction, sanation, perigastric region drainage and active aspiration of contained gastric juice can be used for the purpose of increasing efficiency of preoperative treatment. Asa result of the research, special indications for the introduction of sutureless endoscopic methods for the gastroduodenal perforation treatment into clinical practice have been worked out.
