Разумовского Минздрава РоссииКафедра иностранных языков             Das Gamma-Knife ist ein Operationsroboter, mit dem Ärzte durch Photonenstrahlen im Körper operieren können. Die Photonen beschädigen die DNA von Zellen, so dass diese sich nicht mehr teilen können. Gutartige Tumoren vernarben in den Wochen und Monaten nach der Behandlung, bösartige zerfallen.            Mit dem Gamma-Knife können unterschiedliche Arten von Tumoren behandelt werden, gutartige ebenso wie bösartige. Zu den Diagnosen, bei denen das Gamma-Knife in Frage kommt, gehören zum Beispiel Akustikusneurinome, Meningeome, Metastasen im Gehirn und in der Wirbelsäule, Bronchialkarzinome und Metastasen in der Lunge sowie Leberzellkarzinome und Metastasen in der Leber. Im Einzelfall beraten die behandelnden Ärzte ihre Patienten zu der Möglichkeit, den eventuellen Einsatz des Gamma-Knife zu überprüfen. Vor allem bei kleinen bösartigen Tumoren ist das Ziel die komplette Tumorabtötung. Dazu muss eine sehr hohe punktuelle Dosis exakt auf den Tumor einwirken. Die Bestrahlung wird deshalb auf den Zehntelmillimeter genau auf das kranke Gewebe gerichtet, sodass gesunde Hirnstrukturen geschont werden. Im Ergebnis löscht die Hochpräzisionsbestrahlung mit dem Gamma-Knife den Tumor komplett aus.           Für Patienten mit gut- und bösartigen Hirntumoren gibt es mehrere alternative Therapien. Zum einen die operative Tumorentfernung, zum anderen die Bestrahlung. Bei ihr unterscheidet man zwischen der meist mehrwöchigen Bestrahlung mit dem Linearbeschleuniger und der radiochirurgischen einmaligen Hochpräzisionsbestrahlung mit dem Gamma-Knife.           Die Therapie mit dem Gamma-Knife wird ambulant durchgeführt, somit kann der Patient bereits am darauffolgenden Tag seinen Lebensgewohnheiten nachgehen. Aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of combined use of low-intensity infrared laser therapy when exposed area of the thymus and electrophoresis of pantovegin on vegetative status of patients with the slowdown in the wound recovery reparative processes. Material study were 190 patients after gynecological laparotomy. Result. The article presents data on changes in vegetative status in postoperative gynecological patients with a slowdown in the wound recovery reparative processes. In this group of patients in the postoperative period parasimpatikotony prevails. By combination of low-intensity infrared laser therapy when exposed area of the thymus and pantovegin electrophoresis achieved more rapid normalization of available changes with the transition to the use of combination eitony. It is recommended to use physiotherapy method for slowing reparative processes in the wound.

The purpose ofthe present work was to study the possibility of use the artificial disk «PRODISK» at cervical level after ablation of intervertebraldisk’s hernia. The basis of this research is complexexamination and surgical treatment of a 52-years-old-woman with osteochondrosis of cervical spine and with radiculopathy syndrome because of compression of spinal hernia roots of intervertebral disk On May, 29th, 2007 the patientwas operated: «diskectomyC6-C7' disk’s hernia removal, implantation of an artificial disk« PRODISK»at the level C6- C7». The patient became active on the third day after the operation, and she was discharged in eight days. Her neurologic symptoms regressed completely. Range of cervical motions was in the normal condition (flexia/anteflexia-35 °-40 °). The pain syndrome was arrested (VAS-2, VRS-1). We consider that any operation causes disorder of structural and functional properties and requires prosthetics of intervertebral disk’s, which can fully reconstruct biomechanical qualities of the operated segment
