В статье рассмотрены вопросы значимости организации охраны труда на предприятии, их влияние на конечный результат производственной деятельности, проведен краткий сравнительный анализ с зарубежным опытом. Также рассмотрены основные факторы, влияющие на состояние безопасности трудящихся на производстве, и предложены пути решения возникающих проблем в сфере охраны труда.

The author has found out that human capital is a key element of social and economic development of the country. Emphasis in the
article is placed on the fact that in the context of globalization and informatization human capital becomes a defining factor in
the development of modern economic systems, without which no technical and economic progress is possible; that all the factors
affecting the development of human capital should be divided into internal and external depending on the environment of their
occurrence. The factor affecting the mobility of human capital is globalization, which is a steady increase in the interdependence of
economies of individual countries and regions, as well as the formation of global markets, including the global labor market. Global
labor market opens up new opportunities through technology and investment, increases mobility of workers, causes an increase in
the level of competition between them. However, the processes of globalization dictates new requirements to the labor force in terms
of its professionalism, mobility, level of new technologies knowledge and the like.

For implementation of corporate planning at the industrial enterprise, there is an objective need of association of several analytical information
systems of planning in uniform multilevel system for automation of process of planning, the account, control and the analysis of all main business
processes of the enterprise, such as production, finance, supply, sale, storage, maintenance, interaction with contractors and another.
Lack of quality indicators does impossible development and implementation of corporate plans.
Therefore, it is necessary:
• to carry out collecting and the analysis of information on a condition of the local Russian markets and position of the separate industrial
enterprises;
• to form databases on the basis of received information which will be in a free access for the enterprises of an industrial complex;
• to carry out the associative analysis of the market;
• to predict a state and situation development on different types of the markets, etc.
The enterprises of an industrial complex, and in particular small, it need the help with studying of an environment of the existing markets by concrete
types of production, with a choice of the priority markets, with an assessment of the competitive environment, with the analysis of potential
opportunities of trade with the foreign countries, with obtaining information on a condition of the markets of these countries. [4] Besides, it is necessary
to concentrate this information on certain industries to provide the enterprises with extensive information for implementation of planned
activity, both in the Russian market, and on the world. [5]

Обоснована перспективность развития процессов интеграционного взаимодействия в агропромышленном комплексе. Предложено использование логистического подхода к формированию концепции создания интегрированных структур в агропромышленном комплексе. Представлена сравнительная характеристика традиционного и логистического подходов к формированию интегрированных структур.

Формирование интегрированной производственной структуры является наиболее важной тенденцией в развитии экономических отношений в экономике. Она обусловлена, с одной стороны, активным развитием новых методов управления экономической системы, с другой – усилением интеграционных процессов в мировой экономике. Автор проанализировала основные особенности развития интеграционных процессов пищевой промышленности Украины.
