В ноябре 2016 г. на страницах журнала «Human Reproduction Update» опубликована работа J. Donnez et M.M. Dolmans «Лечение миомы матки: от настоящего к будущему». Основной постулат этой работы озаглавлен как «Современные стратегии хирургического лечения». В работе авторов рассматриваются фактически все известные на сегодняшний день методы хирургического и немедикаментозного лечения больных миомой матки: гистерэктомия, лапароскопическая и гистероскопическая миомэктомия, селективная эмболизация маточных артерий (ЭМА), аблация тканей фокусированным ультразвуком под контролем магнитно-резонансной томографии (ФУЗ-МРТ аблация) и др. На основании других источников литературы и собственного опыта проведен анализ основных тезисов рассматриваемой публикации, в результате которого сформулировано собственное видение на проблему миомы матки.

В статье представлен анализ различных аспектов обеспечения социально-политической стабильности, содержащихся в документах стратегического планирования в области национальной безопасности России. В них уделяется серьезное внимание вопросам предупреждения, выявления и пресечения действий экстремистских, сепаратистских и террористических структур, массовых беспорядков, повышения устойчивости государства к деструктивному информационному воздействию и военному ослаблению. Однако вопросы противодействия политической дестабилизации рассматриваются в разных доктринальных документах и изолированно друг от друга, без взаимной увязки в рамках единой стратегии или концепции. The article presents an analysis of different aspects of security of social and political stability as reflected in the documents of strategic planning of Russia’s national security. In the documents the main attention focuses on the prevention, detection and suppression of acts of extremist, separatist and terrorist organizations, riots, state’s increasing sustainability to the destructive impact of the information influence and military weakening. However, the issues of counteracting the political destabilization are considered separately from each other, without integrating them in a single strategy or conception.

The paper refers to nature and the necessity of a strategic approach to financing in the industry. The author considers reasons and
characteristics of an industrial enterprise financial strategy under contemporary complicated economic conditions. A methodology
of selection of the most sufficient financial strategy f or an industrial enterprise in the proc ess of corporate financing is suggested.
The independence of industrial enterprises, their economic and legal responsibility regarding activity results forms in terms of the
Ukrainian economy development under the current economic conditions. The significance of industrial enterprise financial stability
increases dramatically. This causes an objective need to determine tendencies of the dynamic formation of their financial position
and prospective financial opportunities. An industrial enterprise financial strategy, as a system of prospective purposes of a financial
and economic activity and the choice of the most effective methods and ways of their achievement, focuses on the solution of
the determined above issues. The formation of a proper strategy of industrial enterprises financing with the aim of the enterprise
profitability increase is provided by: the possibility of modeling a financial and economic situation; to detect and prognosticate the
necessity of strategic modifications; to apply powerful and reliable instruments and a methodology; to implement the constructed
industrial enterprise financial strategy in order to rec eive planned and desirable activity results.
All possible types of the financial and economic strategy of industrial enterprises may be represented in the form of a matrix of a
financial and economic strategy of an enterprise. Strategic analysis within the suggested matrix enables to c onsider the problem in
dynamics. Moreover, it also makes possible not only to formulate a financial strategy, but also to change it operatively as a result of
dynamic changes of certain targeted sufficient parameters of an industrial enterpri se activity.
A strategic directive in the industrial enterprise activity generally stipulates its financial strategy of providing the profitability.
Thus, the correlation between them is much stronger than a cause and effect relation, as it may be suggested in the process of cursory
examination. An industrial enterprise financial strategy is independent to a certain extant compared with an industrial enterprise
general strategy. During the creation and implementation of a financial strategy the industrial enterprise is more independent than
during the process of implementation of its general strategic direc tion of an activity.
Also this paper focuses on the development of recommendations concerning the consideration of the determined problem in dynamics.
This enables not only to formulate a financial strategy of profit gaining, but also to modify (change) it as a result of the modification
of many important parameters of industrial enterprise func tioning.

The modern economy of Russia demands creation the adequate business model at the enterprises of industrial branch. This model should provide
adaptation of the enterprises to quickly changing environment. [5]
For implementation of corporate planning at the industrial enterprise, there is an objective need of association of several analytical information
systems of planning in uniform multilevel system for automation of process of planning, the account, control and the analysis of all main business
processes of the enterprise, such as production, finance, supply, sale, storage, maintenance, interaction with contractors and another.
Lack of quality indicators does impossible development and implementation of corporate plans.
Therefore, it is necessary:
• to carry out collecting and the analysis of information on a condition of the local Russian markets and position of the separate industrial
enterprises;
• to form databases on the basis of received information which will be in a free access for the enterprises of an industrial complex;
• to carry out the associative analysis of the market;
• to predict a state and situation development on different types of the markets, etc.
The enterprises of an industrial complex, and in particular small, it need the help with studying of an environment of the existing markets by concrete
types of production, with a choice of the priority markets, with an assessment of the competitive environment, with the analysis of potential
opportunities of trade with the foreign countries, with obtaining information on a condition of the markets of these countries. [4] Besides, it is necessary
to concentrate this information on certain industries to provide the enterprises with extensive information for implementation of planned
activity, both in the Russian market, and on the world. [5]
