Methods: to optimize treatment of patients with complicated forms of chronic venous insufficiency of our method was applied systems analysis, proposed by Th. Saaty (1993), and was called the «method of analysis of hierarchies». Results: the results indicate a direct relationship to the choice of methods for the treatment of patients with complicated forms of chronic venous insufficiency of the influence of individual actors and the goals of each. Conclusion: applying the analytic hierarchy process in selecting a method of treatment in patients with complicated forms of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the frequency of disability, reduce the rate of loss of ability to self-service, as well as reduce the costs of treating both the patient and medical institution

Предложены аналитические формулы для проведения системного анализа структурного состояния фазодисперсных материалов. Для этой цели устанавливается сходство и различие экспериментального распределения микрочастиц по размерам – образа с теоретическим − подобием путем сравнения характеристик распределений и соответствующих им моментов. По результатам анализа соотношений между характеристиками определяется качество и достоверность идентификации кривых плотности распределения. Analytical formulas for a system analysis of structural state of phase-dispersed materials are pro-posed. For this purpose, similarities and differences between the experimental microparticle size distribu-tion – the image with the theoretical one – similarity is established by comparing the characteristics of distributions with the corresponding moments. The quality and reliability of identifying the density of the distribution are evaluated from analysis of the relationships between these characteristics.

Качество управления представлено с позиций функций управления, которые выражают неотъемлемую от управления его существенную определенность, благодаря которой управление является именно таким, а не другим. Приведена схема процесса анализа и улучшения качества управления, структурированная по функциям управления. The quality of management is presented from the position of management functions that express its essential certainty which is imprescriptibly from management. It is given the scheme of analysis process and improvement of the management quality, structured by management’s functions.
