In this report presented an analysis of investigation of 152 children (at age from 3 years) with different forms of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis, that were treated in clinics of pediatric surgery department of the Voroneg state medical academy N.N. Burdenco and Saratov state medical university in period 1995–2005.

In the clinic of pediatric surgery of the Saratov state medical university 49 hydatidectomies in cases of hydatid cysts of the liver using the traditional laparotomic and laparoscopic approaches in patients aged 4-15 were performed.

В работе приведен анализ особенностей транспортной травмы у детей в зависимости от механизма травмы. У детей, находившихся в автомобиле, чаще встречались повреждения головы, черепно-мозговая травма. Повреждения были более локальны при большей частоте сочетанной травмы. У детей, сбитых автомобилем, чаще встречались повреждения головы, конечностей, изолированная костная травма; повреждения были обширнее. При ДТП с участием двухколесных транспортных средств более характерны были повреждения конечностей, изолированная костная травма.
