The research goal is to optimize the algorithm of radial methods of investigation of early vertebral osteoporosis and vertebral compressive fractures in case of osteoporosis, as well as surgical tactics in vertebral compressive fractures, aggravated by osteoporosis. 220 postmenopausal women have been examined. 100 patients with compressive vertebral fractures and 120 patients without risk factors of compressive fractures were under study. 220 patients have received lateral spinal radiography and dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. 60 patients with compressive vertebral fractures have been examined by quantitative computed tomography. Compressive fractures have been diagnosed in 20 men who suffered from osteoporosis. Statistical processing of received data has been performed. It has been concluded that the use of quantitative computed tomography has made possible to identify the reduction in bone mineralization with an increase in age of patients. When the difficulties in interpretation of clinical data and X-ray densitometry findings have been determined, quantitative computed tomography has occurred to be the method of choice. Quantitative computed tomography helps determine the degree of resorption of trabecular bone in vertebral bodies and prognose high risk of fractures. Surgeries have been performed in presence of osteoporosis which does not affect the stability of the structure.

ince 2005 in pediatric surgery department were treated 10 children at the age 9-14 years with obesity (4) in a combination with appendicitis that underwent laparoscopic appendectomy. The authors did the comparative analysis of medical-diagnostic stages between traditional and laparoscopic appendectomy at the children with obesity and appendicitis without complication.

The use of laparoscopic devices in hydatidectomy is caused by the severity of the operative trauma and prolonged duration of rehabilitation in traditional operations. In the clinic of pediatric surgery of the Saratov state medical university 49 hydatidectomies in cases of hydatid cysts of the liver using the traditional laparotomic and laparoscopic approaches in patients aged 4-15 were performed.

he mathematical correlation between recurrent of multimodular goiter and morfological and geterogenic nodular, the damage own ore more anatomic site of thyroid, and volume of resection of thyroid was found. Suggested model of the surgical treatment allow identifying the volume of thyroid resection in different forms of multimodular goiter and decreasing risk of the recurrent disease to minimum.

Problems in diagnostics and therapy of pus complications of injury impair of abdominal organs and retroperitoneum are an actual section of abdominal surgery. Nowadays significant improving indication of timely patient hospitalization to in-patient departments have not been received, asa resultofthat, part of complications tends to rise. In this article, frequency and structures of septic complications connected with damaged abdominal organ impairments. Out of 51 patients with purulent complications of injury impairments of abdominal organs and retroperitoneum, 5 patients have died. Fatal cases accounted 9.8%. In the case of diffuse peritonitis, deaths account 18%. The consideration must be given for further organization measures, directed to improve the therapy process. Also, introducing modern diagnostics technologies, and therapy of complications.

Long-term results of surgical treatment of 260 patients with hormonal awake tumours of adrenals are analysed. The following parameters were studied: arterial pressure in the remote periods after operation, vascular complications, necessity and a choice of hypotensive therapy in the postoperative periods, a lethality in the remote periods after operation. Analysis of efficacyy of various kinds of operative treatment in the remote postoperative periods is carried out. Also the substantiation of selection of hypotensive therapy in dependence on a kind of hormonal activity is given.
