The author of research developed and proved the expanded comprehensive programs directed on correction of the main clinical manifestations at patients with a metabolic syndrome. Purpose: To study in comparative aspect influence of expanded comprehensive programs and the combined non-drug technologies at patients with a metabolic syndrome on the main clinical manifestations of a disease taking into account a reduction of body weight, amount of fatty tissue according to anthropometrical and the bioimpedansmetrical researches. Material and methods: research included 250 patients with a metabolic syndrome. Results: under the influence of expanded medical complexes the expressed corrective effect concerning a reduction of body weight and specific weight of fatty tissue was revealed. Conclusion: Application of the optimized expanded comprehensive programs as with inclusion of polymodal multifactorial physiothera-peutic influences, and cryoinfluences, causes without reliable distinctions the expressed reduction of body weight and specific weight of fatty tissue, including visceral fat due to elimination of violations of nature of appetite and food behavior in patients with a metabolic syndrome that is confirmed by results of anthropometrical and bioimpedance research.

Aim. The authors described a comprehensive program of frozen shoulder treatment, including extracorporeal shock wave therapy and pelotherapy. Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the inclusion of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and pelotherapy in rehabilitation of patients with degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Materials and Methods: there had been examined 120 patients during the study. Results: The result of the application of complex physiotherapy normalized indicators of metabolic and electrolyte imbalances that are important in the formation of a therapeutic effect. Conclusion: The application of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and in combination with pelotherapy in patients with scapula-humeral periarthritis is the elimination of metabolic and electrolyte imbalance, which is important in degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system

Material and Methods: The study included 250 patients with metabolic syndrome. Results: under the influence of extended medical complex was detected more pronounced corrective effect on lipid and metabolic imbalance. Conclusion: Underthe influence of the developed optimized advanced integrated programs to a greater extent with the use of multimodal physiotherapy multifactorial influences, there is highly reliable correction of carbohydrate, lipid and enzyme metabolism in patients with metabolic syndrome.

The research aims to study influence of various medical complexes on a body weight reduction, the main clinical manifestations and metabolic violations at patients with metabolic syndrome. Material and methods. There had been organized a clinical-functional examination and treatment of 80 patients with various manifestations of metabolic syndrome, aged from 25 to 55 years (39,1 years on the average) with prescription of a metabolic syndrome from 2 to 5 years. Result. Medical complexes with application of physical factors are developed and approved, the efficiency was estimated on indicators of a lipid range (triglycerides, the general cholesterol, lipoproteids of low and high density, (3-proteids and aterogenecity coefficient), and also to level of a glycemia, alanin and asparagin transaminases, creati-nine and urea — to define an extent of violation of metabolic processes. Conclusion. The most expressed results on a reduction of body weight, correction of the main clinical manifestations, metabolic violations and lipid imbalance were received at application of a diet, electrostatic massage from the device "Hivamat", multifactorial polymodal hardware influence from the AlfaLedOxyLight-Spa installation, complex influence on the musculoskeletal device from the Hyuber installation and psychological correction from Shufrid system.

The study aimed the development and assessment of features of corrective action of a medical complex on a lipid imbalance at patients with obesity. Material and methods. For an assessment of features of corrective action of a medical complex on a lipid imbalance at patients with obesity in research I was 50 male patients with obesity and frustration of the reproductive sphere aged from 24 to 68 years are included, middle age was 38,5±6,1 years and 7 healthy persons, men of comparable age without any pathological states, results of which all researches were accepted to values of norm. To all patients included in research, except all-clinical inspection calculation of an index of body weight and the relation of a circle of a waist to a circle of hips, measurement of arterial pressure were applied questioning concerning food and food behavior, anthropometry (growth the body weight, a circle of a waist and hips). Besides all patients conducted laboratory methods the researches including definition of atherogenic fractions of lipids (the general cholesterol, triglycerides, LPNP and LPVP). Researches were conducted before treatment and after a course of treatment. Results. The effective complex program for restoration of reproductive function at patients with obesity is developed. Conclusion. Application of the developed complex program more than its separate components caused the expressed reduction of body weight, mainly due to reduction of fatty tissue and manifestations of visceral obesity in patients with obesity and violation of reproductive function, including due to elimination of a metabolic imbalance.

Application of the listed author physiotherapeutic and psychocorrectional methods of rehabilitation is actual due to the prevalence of a metabolic syndrome at persons of 30 years and older. The research aimed studying of influence of modern comprehensive programs of rehabilitation on a psycho emotional state and expressiveness of a clinical picture at patients with a metabolic syndrome. Methods of an exposure on the patients with metabolic syndrome were innovative technologies of recovery medicine: electrostatic massage with the device "Хивамат" [khivamat], multifactorial poly-modal hardware influence by the AlfaLedOxyLight-Spa installation, complex exposure on the musculoskeletal device from the Hyuber installation, psychological correction from Shufrid system. Results. In all groups essential regress of the complaints had been fixed. The received results were confirmed also by indicators of uneasiness level according to Lyusher's color test. The above mentioned correction of psycho-emotional violations in the main groups at persons with metabolic syndrome led to improvement of health, activity and mood that was confirmed by reliable positive dynamics (p<0,001) of the SAI test indicators. Condusion. During the research it had been proved that the developed method promotes an increase of mental health at persons with metabolic syndrome. Studied indicators were restored to the lower bound of standard values.

The author shows the prevalence and, as well, relevance of therapy of patients with metabolic syndrome. The research aimed studying of influence of modern comprehensive programs of rehabilitation on a dynamics of indicators of arterial pressure at patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods of an exposure on the patients with metabolic syndrome were innovative technologies of recovery medicine: electrostatic massage with the device "Хивамат" [khivamat], multifactorial polymodal hardware influence by the AlfaLedOxyLight-Spa installation, complex exposure on the musculoskeletal device from the Hyuber installation, psychological correction from Shufrid system. Results of research of 80 patients, divided into 4 groups, are presented in article with metabolic syndrome. The comparative analysis revealed advantage of complex application of the developed programs of non-drug treatment, in comparison with standard treatment that was confirmed by correction of hemodynamic violations at patients with metabolic syndrome. During research the complete recovery of all studied indicators had been revealed to level of healthy faces. Condusion. The most expressed decrease in arterial pressure and correction of hemodynamic violations the comprehensive program including diet, electrostatic massage with the device "Хивамат", multi-factorial polymodal hardware influence bytheAlfaLedOxyLight-Spa installation in a complex with influence from the Hyuber installation and psychological correction from Shufrid system that is important in metabolic syndrome.

The article stresses on the study of molecular markers of essential arterial hypertension providing insight into the pathological mechanisms underlying the disease and creation of «genetic passport» for every patient in the future. Objective: To study genetic markers of 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR), involved in the metabolism of homocysteine, and N-acetyltransferase 2 (NAT2), ensuring the process of transformation of acetyl-CoAto acetoacetyl-coenzyme A. Methods: The study involved 160 patients with essential hypertension l-lll stages Caucasian (57.5% female.) aged 20-59 years. MTHFR gene polymorphisms and NAT2 in DNA of peripheral blood leukocytes were studied using a set of Wizard Genomic DNA Purification Kit (Promega, USA). Results: It was shown that «slow acetylators» (homozygous for a mutant version of the gene NAT2) were more frequently (p <0.05) determined among patients with hypertension stage 1. It was also revealed the dependence on the presence of hypertension stage mutant allele T (hetero-and homozygous variants) in 677 nucleotide gene MTHFR (r = 0,40, p <0.001). Conclusions: The regularities of the distribution of polymorphic variants of MTHFR and NAT2 gene were found out in hypertensive patients according to the stage of the disease.
