In acute physical exercise, there is a change in oxygen delivery working tissues, blood gas transport function and efficiency of the use of oxygen by cells in the process of metabolism, which is the basis for compensation for physical activities. Lipid metabolism plays an important role in the energy supply of muscle activity. The aim of our research is to study the effect of a single submaximal exercise capacity by changing the lipid profile of peripheral blood. Materials and Methods. The study was performed on 18 white rats. Model of acute exercise: animals swam 4 minutes with a load weighing 20% of body weight. Blood sampling was performed by intracardiac way, right after exercise. The blood lipid profile was determined. Results. In the experiment reported an increase in triglycerides, total cholesterol, very low-density lipoproteins, but the atherogenic ratio is maintained at the control values, due to a significant increase in the level of high-density lipoprotein. Conclusion. Acute submaximal exercise capacity by untrained body has an atherogenic effect. Working muscles during physical activity is a major consumer of free fatty acids, which are the source of atherogenic lipoprotein form of the very low and low density.

The authors have developed a comprehensive rehabilitation program promotes functional state and raise reserve and adaptive capacity of the organism. Aim. To analyze the effect of advanced features integrated programs and combined non-drug technologies on carbohydrate and lipid balance and enzymatically-metabolic processes in patients with metabolic syndrome. Material and Methods: The study included 250 patients with metabolic syndrome. Results: under the influence of extended medical complex was detected more pronounced corrective effect on lipid and metabolic imbalance. Conclusion: Underthe influence of the developed optimized advanced integrated programs to a greater extent with the use of multimodal physiotherapy multifactorial influences, there is highly reliable correction of carbohydrate, lipid and enzyme metabolism in patients with metabolic syndrome.

Purpose. The study of some indices of the metabolism in patients with the exacerbation of extensive psoriasis, the investigation of the revealed disorder dependence on the clinical peculiarities of the disease and anamnesis data. Methods. 253 patients with extensive psoriasis from the age of 18 to 72 have been investigated.Some indices of lipid and protein metabolism, medium molecular peptide content, lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection processes in blood plasma have been studied. Results. Dysproteinemia, the increase of С — reactive protein level, seromucoid, medium molecular peptides, common lipids, triglycerides, the reduction of the level of lipid proteins of high density, the intensification of lipid peroxidation processes and the reduction of antioxidant activity have been marked in blood plasma in patients with the exacerbation of extensive psoriasis. The dependence of some indices of metabolism on the clinical picture and the severity of skin process, age, family history has been revealed. Conclusion. Metabolism disorders in patients with psoriasis are of systemic character. It seems appropriate to carry out a deep study of metabolism indices in patients with psoriasis with the following correction of the revealed disorders
