The complex of mathematical models of investigated indicators has been developed to study the dynamics of budget indicators, forecast
their change and plan revenues and expenditures of state and local budgets appropriately. This is a linear dynamic model with
constant and variable coefficients, nonlinear nonstationary and stationary models of all studied indicators and also models of the
dynamics of the total amount of state and local budgets. Methods of establishing parameters of these models have been described.

В данной работе изучается разрешимость смешанной задачи для одного типа нелинейного дифференциального уравнения, содержащего суперпозицию параболического и гиперболического операторов. С помощью метода разделения переменных получается счетная система нелинейных интегральных уравнений. Используется метод последовательных приближений. Доказывается сходимость полученных рядов. Изучается непрерывная зависимость решения от малого параметра.
In this paper we study the solvability of mixed value problem for nonlinear partial differential equation, consisting of superposition of parabolic and hyperbolic operators. By the method of variables separation we obtain the countable system of nonlinear integral equations. We use the method of successive approximations. It will be proved the convergence of obtained Fourier series. We study the continuously dependence of solution from the small parameter.
