The complex of mathematical models of investigated indicators has been developed to study the dynamics of budget indicators, forecast
their change and plan revenues and expenditures of state and local budgets appropriately. This is a linear dynamic model with
constant and variable coefficients, nonlinear nonstationary and stationary models of all studied indicators and also models of the
dynamics of the total amount of state and local budgets. Methods of establishing parameters of these models have been described.

Показано, что между динамикой цен на сталь, кокс, нефть и индексом ПФТС наблюдается существенная корреляция с некоторым временным лагом. Индекс ПФТС может быть использован для построения опережающего показателя при прогнозировании динамики цен на продукцию и сырье металлургического производства.

It is shown that there is a significant correlation with some time lag between the dynamics of PFTS index and steel, coke and oil prices. PFTS index may be used for the construction of leading indicator in forecasting dynamics of prices for products and raw of metallurgical production.
