The paper suggests a method to solve Neiman boundary value problem with heterogeneous boundary conditions for electric field potential in relatively weak magnetic field in linear approximation. This occurs while measuring Hall effect with the help of probe methods. The expression for Hall field potential has been obtained, which is convenient for further practical use.

Using the method of inversion voltamperometry, the concentrations of the heavy metals Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb were measured in the water of the experimental microcosms. Aquatic macrophytes Ceratophyllum demersum were incubated in the microcosms. The measured concentrations of all four heavy metals decreased in the microcosms with the macrophytes much faster than in the control microcosms without any aquatic plants. The new results complement the previous data on the phytoremediation potential of aquatic plants. This is the first time the phytoremediation potential of a new wide-spread species of plants was discovered. As a result, water quality improved dramatically with prospect of new technology Новые данные о высших растениях в качестве эффективного инструмента для очистки воды и для удаления тяжелых металлов. Впервые выявлен фиторемедиационный потенциал (при удалении тяжелых металлов) для ранее не изученного в этом отношении вида высших водных растений. Изученный вид растений эффективно удалял токсичные металлы Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb из воды. Как результат, концентрация металлов в воде уменьшилась, качество воды улучшилось.
