Violations occurring in the microcirculatory bed of periodontal tissue, are leading in the development of periodontal disease. The greatest changes are detected at the level of capillaries - lowering the tone and elasticity of blood vessels, reducing blood flow and the development of periodontal tissue hypoxia as a consequence -the development of the state of hypercoagulability and increased thrombotic events in the periodontal vessels
