This work deals with problem of non parametrical dividing surface restoration in a direct form in probability statement of the pattern recognition problem. In difference to known suggested approach allows get an optimal asymptotically convergent estimation. The idea consists in extracting from the initial learning samples elements which are laying just near separating surfaces, and then in direct restoration of latter on these elements using the methods of nonparametric regression analysis 

The article deals with computer-aided construction of the measurement program for spacecraft telemetry system. Mathematical and software means for for the solution of the problem of message gathering instruments mutability are given. In order to formalize the domain in question efficiently the heterogeneous algebras with multiple inheritance and generic functions are proposed. Objects and relations of the domain are modelled in terms of the formalism. On the basis of the ideas described the telemetry system measurement program CAD is being developed with the use of PostgreSQL DBMS 

In article the approach to the analysis of safety of the ground space infrastructure elements operation is stated. Its originality quantitatively enables to estimate safety in view of monitoring results of a technical condition parameters of the specified objects, to define the most suitable for management of safety parameters and to prove of maintenance its required level methods 

The outcomes of a share numerical research by a finite element method of cylinder block and crankshaft in view of their contact interaction are given. In the earlier executed studies of cylinder blocks the design schema powers up or only one part, or some parts which are generatrix a monolithic construction (without their contact interplay). It does not allow to receive an authentic oilpainting of allocation of local strains and stresses. Therefore to reveal possible reasons of breaking downs of a cylinder block frequently it is not obviously possible. A hypothesis about necessity of the introducing in the design schema of a contact stratum for the first time is pushed. Is proved, that setting and solution of the constructional contact task from a point of view of a raise of reability o account are necessary with realization of a share research of the stresses and deformations of the cylinder block and crankshaft. The comparison of dates of a numerical research of the stresses and deformations with outcomes of natural experiment is carried out. The account of cylinder block without crankshaft can cause reduced values of safety factors. The account of cylinder block with rigid installation of the crankshaft can cause overstated values of safety factors. The necessity of realization of similar calculated experiments with help CAD/CAE is shown 

The article defines projecting and non-projecting approaches to organizing business, and shows the significance of the non-projecting approach for strategic-planning methods improvement, and for the practice of management. The achievements of the classical Oriental strategy and those of the Theory of Invention-Problem Solving (TIPS) are combined. The perspectives of using TIPS in strategic planning are also shown. The traditional understanding of the terms “strategy” and “tactics” is impeached
