An application of boundary analogues of direct variational methods for approximation of the very weak decision of the first boundary value problem for a biharmonic equation is considered in this work. On the basis of a method of least squares, offered in literature [1], a converging, steady boundary analogue of a collocation method having good computing properties is constructed on the boundary 

The conditions on the linear part and the nonlinearity of differential system, sufficient for the equilibrium state conditional stability, are investigated. The result generalizing several classic ones is proved 

The probabilistic stability of the perturbed motion of a nonlinear system with parameters under the action of a general Markov process is studied. The phase vector is assumed to experience random jumps when the structure the system suffers random jumps 

The adults ability to determine a psychophysiological state on sound signals of infants 2.5 and 6 months of age was examined. The differences in character of recognition of sound signals by the men and women, and also persons who were experienced in infant care are revealed. It was defined the acoustic variables related to rates of emotional specificity. It was obtained that the signals of sharp discomfort are characterized by the highest values of duration, average fundamental frequency and energy of high frequencies, in comparison with signals weak discomfort and comfort. The age dynamics of fundamental frequency had different tendencies depending on functional state. The results allow to consider that negative emotional component of infant's vocalizations become more clear between 2.5 month and 6 months of life 

По новому университетскому уставу профессор, выслуживший свой срок, сохраняет за собою право преподавания в университетах в качестве приватдоцента. Этим драгоценным правом я воспользовался; начальство соблаговолило допустить меня к чтению лекций, и я, как бывший воспитанник Московского университета, чувствую себя в самом деле очень счастливым, что имею, наконец, возможность послужить родному университету. Деятельность моя как приват-доцента должна заключаться в том, чтобы содействовать успехам преподавания физиологии; и этой цели я думаю достичь на первых порах чтением специальных курсов. Программа такого курса, представленная мною в факультет, имеет предметом "физиологию чувствования", и чтения предназначаются для студентов, уже прослушавших систематический курс физиологии. Это значит --- на своих лекциях я буду предполагать в слушателях знакомство с основными положениями общей физиологии нервной системы и учения об органах чувств ...

The amazing combination of the militarians' cloth uniform and their mistresses' dresses' transparent charm was the style of "the Empire" in fashion 

The article is devoted to the not enoudh studied question of partisan activity of the Russian Army during the World War I. The necessity to found partisan forces came out in the middle of 1915, when Russian troops had retreated all along the lines from the Baltic Sea to the Romanian border and Russia had lost large territory in the west. After the transition to “positional” war struggle in October 1915 the main part of the Russian cavalry divisions, which were sent to rear for recruitment, got out of action. That time General Headquarters issued special “Directions” about warfare in the enemy rear. It was done with a view to finish the regulation of the question to form partisan “parties”, spontaneously arisen due to the large amount of cavalry officers' requests. The main aim of the essay is to study the structure and tactics of that partisan forces
