In work the organization of management by risks of the investment building projects, based on the cybernetic model considering following indicators is offered: size of investments of means of investors, the internal parametres defining functioning of building, external influences on the investment project. The result of application of the specified system allows optimising the most significant indicators of management of risks of the investment building project.
