The research goal is to present the clinical observation that shows possibility of combination of low clinical and laboratory activity of psoriatic arthritis with 1) a large amount of exrtaarticular manifestations; 2) severe lesion of internal organs; 3) development of nephritis and hepatitis; 4) cardiovascular system pathology.
