The objective of the research is to present morpho-functional parameters that characterize spatial arrangement of arterial and venous circulation of human heart. Research material includes heart vessels of people belonging to different age groups. In conclusion the scientific work points out that the obtained parameters give the possibility to evaluate and compare the spatial arrangement of arteries and veins in different topographic regions of heart
