The theory of vortex (ring) determinism provided a strict philosophical explanation of the fact of the existence of individual objects and other natural formations. The question immediately arises of a strict philosophical explanation of the mechanism of interaction between them. With such an explanation, it is possible to conduct a strictly reasoned philosophical conversation about the dynamics of the private existence of individual objects, various aspects of life and the interaction of individual organisms, man and society. It becomes clear what place knowledge occupies in people's lives.

The paper considers an approach to the description and analysis of transport multi-operation technologies based on the use of operator schemes and allows studying their structural properties (changes, reconfigurations, parallelism). The relevance of the development and use of formalized graphical tools for describing and analyzing transport technological processes is shown. A set-theoretic operational-event model of technologies and processes is presented.
