The aim: to analyze the appeals of citizens in the Territorial body of the Federal service on surveillance in healthcare and social development of the Saratov region. Material and methods. The study presents the results of work with appeals of citizens in the Territorial body of the Federal service on surveillance in healthcare and social development of the Saratov region on 2012, 2013, 2014 and the first half of 2015. We used the analytical method to make the research. Results. The study presents the percentage balance of founded and unfounded complaints, structure of the appeals of citizens. Conclusion. The study shows the high performance of the work of the Territorial body of the Federal service on surveillance in healthcare and social development of the Saratov region with the appeals of citizens and control actions of medical organizations, based on these appeals.
