After several years of reforms in Russia small-scale business becomes independent sector of a national economy. The
number of small enterprises has reached 850 thousand, of them about 3 % make small enterprises of innovative type. In article
?????????? questions of effective functioning of small enterprises, the Russian economy it is necessary for 2,5-3,5 million small
firms. Only at achievement of this critical weight small-scale business will be ?????¬?? and is built organically in a formed market
mechanism of the Russian economy.
