В статье на основе комплексного анализа международных отношений современного мира рассматриваются демографические проблемы и миграционные процессы, обусловленные глобализацией и ее последствиями. Выявляются характерные особенности эмиграционных процессов, а также причины их усиления на Европейском континенте, даются оценки неэффективности европейской политики «открытых дверей». Обращается внимание на то, что неконтролируемая миграция в условиях многоаспектной глобализации является планетарным явлением, а наибольшие напряжения демографического характера связаны с Китаем и Юго-Восточной Азией. Подчеркивается, что в основе проблем, связанных с массовым переселением народов, лежат принципиальные разногласия между людьми и их сообществами, обусловленные различными культурно-цивилизационными системами, которые они представляют. Basing on a comprehensive analysis of international relations in the modern world, the present article considers the demographic problems and migration processes of globalization and its consequences. The author reveals the characteristic features of the emigration processes and the reasons for their strengthening on the European continent. He also assesses the ineffective European policy of “open doors”. The author draws attention to the fact that uncontrolled migration in terms of a multidimensional globalization is a planetary phenomenon, and the highest demographic pressure associates with China and South-East Asia. He also emphasizes that the problems' root in the mass resettlement of the people is formed by the principal differences between various cultural and civilization systems. world. A complex analysis of the macroeconomic indicators of selected European countries, as well as the history of the crisis events development,
starting with 2007. The recommendations for overcoming the crisis are given on that basis. The conclusion is done about the economic growth
primacy, funded including state, not the hard spending cuts which the ECB imposes the so-called PIIGS-countries.
