This paper investigates the influence of the telecommunication networks and devices to work infocomm imaging system and results management process astronomical data "CVS". In conducting research, the first part of "CVS" was established in the observatory ISON-NM (United States, New Mexico). The server component has been installed on a cluster of Institute of Radio Astronomy NAS-Ukraine (Ukraine, Kharkiv). The user is the coordinator of the observatory ISON-NM - Leonid Elenin (Moscow, Russian Federation). Were obtained qualitative characteristics that affect the performance of the system "CVS". Today, the state set 2 more complex observatory ISON-Kislovodsk and Andrushivka Astronomical Observatory. Astronomical Observatory in Kislovodsk (Mountain Astronomical Station of MAO RAS), Ussuriysk (Ussuriysk Astrophysical Observatory by the Far Eastern Branch of RAS) and Krasnodar (Astrophysical Observatory KubSU) are promising to install the software tool "CVS".This will allow in the future to get the criteria influencing the choice of transport networks in the design of such systems under low bandwidth.
