The present article describes the case of prenatal diagnosis of placenta praevia vera by the ultrasound investigation in pregnant women with severe obstetric anamneses. The review gives some of morphological, metrical, hormonal and biochemical parameters of antenatal ontogenesis of fetus testicles and newborns depending on pregnancy pathology and childbirth. Comparative analysis was carried out. Risk factors of development of morphological changes in fetus testicles and newborns from mothers with normal and pathological course of pregnancy were presented.
