От того, сумеют ли молодые специалисты полноценно реализовать свой потенциал, зависят перспективы инновационного развития. С этих позиций рассмотрим вопрос, в какой степени коррелируют профессиональная подготовка, целевые установки и предпочтения студентов китайских вузов с социально-экономическими планами руководства КНР. tendencies in Ukraine’s labour market and develops practical recommendations as to overcoming major disproportions and raising
the demand for labour force.

The article presents a critical assessment of the ongoing events in the Eurozone countries compared with the economies of other countries of the
world. A complex analysis of the macroeconomic indicators of selected European countries, as well as the history of the crisis events development,
starting with 2007. The recommendations for overcoming the crisis are given on that basis. The conclusion is done about the economic growth
primacy, funded including state, not the hard spending cuts which the ECB imposes the so-called PIIGS-countries.

The problems of labour-market forming and effective adjusting on the stage of the further becoming of Ukraine as state with the social oriented
market economy are investigated. Scientific researches and economic practice prove that the further evolution of market relations is connected with
the socially oriented labour-market, the formation of the socially oriented market economic system is impossible without that. A modern model of
the Ukrainian labour-market is paradoxical and characterized by contradictions that prevent the effective integration.

The research goal is to study the spread of completed and uncompleted suicides in the Saratov region during the period of 2001-2010, and influence of unemployment and alcohol abuse on suicidal behavior of the population in the most unfavourable areas of the region. To conduct the research elaborated questionnaires, describing suicidal and drug situations in the Saratov region during 2001-2010, and the reports of the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Migration in the Saratov region were used. Results: Areas with the highest rate of suicidal activity during 2001-2010 were identified (Balakovo, Engels, Dukhovnitsky, Pugachev, Perelub and Arkadak). In each of these areas correlation between the level of suicide and alcoholism and unemployment levels of the population were established. The research results allowed identifying some predictors of suicidal behavior for the specific area. These predictors will be included in «The Map of the predictors of suicide risk in the Saratov region». It improves assistance in suicidal situations and reduces suicides
