Исследована модель сверхпроводящей наночастицы с током, показано, что поверхностные состояния играют определяющую роль в формировании сверхпроводящих параметров данной системы, а также влияют на величину туннельного тока через неё....

In present paper the surface effect on superconductivity formation in nano-scale system is studied. Using the BCS approach and taking electron surface states into account, we consider the model of isolated superconducting nanoparticle in the ground state. The parity dependence of superconductivity parameters is analyzed.

We consider two models: a free superconducting nanoparticle and a superconducting nanoparticle with electron transport. We investigate how surface states influence on superconductivity and transport in nanoparticle when it is placed between normal metallic electrodes and when it is placed between superconducting electrodes. We show that superconducting properties and transport of a nanoparticle are different from those of a macroscopic sample owing to surface states.
