The aim of the study was to determine the characteristic clinical, instrumental and diagnostic criteria of inflammatory periodontal diseases on the background of chronic cholecystitis with subsequent evaluation of the effectiveness of therapeutic measures using the combined action of the running of an alternating magnetic field and low-intensity helium-neon laser. Application low-intensiti laser radiation and a running variable magnetic field in complex treatment of patients periodontitis with cholecystitis expressed anti-inflammatory action allows to stop quickly inflammatory process in periodontium and to reduce treatment terms
