Conclusions. The subdepressive and disturbing-depressive syndrome of patient, transferred an acute radiation sickness (ARS) of I degree, from the general evenly gamma-beta radiation, was independent risk factor of development of multifocal atherosclerosis; Features of development of all-somatic and psychosomatic pathology of patient are based on a combination of genetic prerequisites, environment influences (the stress caused by accident on the ChNPP) and social factors, influencing on him during a course of life, especially during early socialization. Thus at development of psychosomatic frustration the combination of feature of the mental reaction connected with the personal characteristic and special relationship between mental (stress) and physiological (somatic) by aspects of reaction which led to metabolism violation, to aging, decrease in adaptation opportunities of an organism and development age — dependent pathology took place.

Seasonality of thrombogenic disorders in coronary atherosclerosis recrudescence has been studied using a comparison of blood clotting peculiarities in patients with stable (n=167) and unstable angina (n=210) in different season periods. It was established that there is no common mechanism for decompensation of hemostasis system in progressive angina. The structure of thrombogenic disorders is non-homogeneous. In winter the most important thing is an activating of prothrombinase producing, and in spring – reducing of heparin content and fibrinolysis activity inhibition. In summer thrombogenic changes are characterized by activating of intrinsic prothrombinase producing mechanism, antithrombin-III decreased activity and heparin content, fibrinolysis activity inhibition. In autumn an advanced euglobulin fibrinolysis block is enough to break the adaptation of hemostasis system.

Aim of investigation — to analyze the results of treatment of patients with atherosclerotic gangrene of a limb, to identify the causes of adverse outcomes amputation. Materials and methods: We analyzed the results of examination and treatment of 218 patients with atherosclerotic gangrene of the limb. Good outcome of amputation was considered the primary surgical wound healing of the stump. Suppuration, secondary healing, re-amputation and death we attributed to the adverse results of amputation. Results: The adverse outcomes of amputation due to technical errors in surgery, properly chosen level, inadequate drainage of the wound stump, an unsuccessful operation on the arteries of a limb, inadequate empirical antibiotic therapy, patient's age, functional capabilities of myocardium, the duration of critical ischemia, as well as the lack of psychological adaptation of patients before amputation. Conclusion: To decide the need for amputation in patients with atherosclerotic gangrene follows the assessment of possible vascular reconstructive surgery. In determining the level of amputation is necessary to objectively assess the degree of disruption of regional blood flow using multilevel manometry and laser Dopplerflowmetry. In preparation for amputation should be paid special attention to the correction of rheological and coagulation properties of blood, normalization of the functional state of the myocardium, as well as specialized psychotherapeutic training for timely and adequate psychological adaptation of the patient

Objective: to found the dyslipidemia in patients with psoriatic arthritis and to study the connection between dyslipidemia and cardiovascular risk factors, atherosclerosis and inflammation activity. 40 persons with PsA without cardiovascular diseases were involved in the study, 25 healthy people were examined like controls. Activity of PsA was learned by DAS, Likert index, Ritchie Arthicular Index, Number of swelling joints (NSJ), ESR, C-reactive protein (CRP) and fibrinogen. Total cholesterol, triglycerides, low and high density lipoprotein cholesterol, hypertension, body mass index, individual cardiac history were performed like cardiovascular risk markers. The ultrasound measuring the thickness of intima-media layer (IML) in carotid arteries was performed to subclinical atherosclerosis study. Increase of total cholesterol, triglycerides and low density lipoprotein cholesterol level was found in patients with PsA comparative with controls. There was prevalence of high and moderate increase of total cholesterol in patients with PsA, and in controls only low increase was measured. Correlation between total cholesterol and NSJ, fibrinogen, hypertension and IML was found. Low density lipoproteins were tingly interrelated with ESR, hypertension and IML. Very low density lipoproteins were connected with age of disease beginning, hypertension and IML, and triglycerides-with hypertension, enthesitis and dactilitis. Dyslipidemia in patients with PsA characterizes by total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol increase, but not high density lipoprotein decrease. There is the connection between dyslipidemia in PsA and inflammation activity, arterial hypertension and IML

Purpose. To study the statin influence on lipid exchange and the degree of the brachiocefalic arterys alteration. Methods. The research included 33 high risk patients. The patients inverstigation included lipid spectrum, blood coagulation indexes, by the means of triplex scanning of the brachiochefalic arterys the thickness of the intima - media complex and the expression of stenosis of carotid, vertebral and subclavian arterys were measured. Results. All the patients were divided into the groups according to the total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels. Patients were divided into subgroups according to the expression of stenosis. The 1 group of patients received rosuvastating 10 mg, the 2 group - atorvastain 20 mg, 3the 3 group - simvastatin 40 mg. This inverstigation shows that the high risk patients with high levels of total cholesterol and low density lipoproteins have the highest expressiveness of brachiocefalic arterys atherosclerosis affection. Conclusion. The assignment of the statins to these patients is accompanied by the lowering of the levels of total cholesterol and low density lipoproteins and the quantity of arteries affected by the atherosclerosis and also by decreasing of the stenosis expression
