The purpose: to improve the treatment of patients with orthopedic dento-alveolar deformation of dentition and occlusion by using a range of methods of psychophysiological support of patient care. Material and methods. The study included 86 patients, men and women aged from 18 to 49 years with dento-alveolar deformation of dentition and occlusion. The study used clinical, anthropometric, radiological, photometric and static methods. At each stage of treatment, to investigate the characteristics of the functional status of patients methods of SAN, IPC «adaptive», self-esteem of patients by developed questionnaire were used. Results. A direct, reliable, moderate correlation has been established between the estimates that have given quality of care to patients with a regularity of the complex of psychophysiological methods proposed. Conclusion. A positive impact of the proposed complex of psychophysiological methods to support the functional characteristics of the patients and their assessment of the treatment, and the effectiveness of orthopedic treatment have been determined.

The purpose: to evaluate the efficacy of dynamic electroneurostimulation in the complex treatment of patients with strains of dentition complicated by muscular and articular dysfunction. Material and methods. A total of 38 patients aged 25 to 49 years with the strains of dentition, complicated by muscular and articular dysfunction. Clinical, radiological and graphical methods have been applied. In the combined treatment of dentition deformities complicated by muscular and articular dysfunction, to relieve pain the method of dynamic electroneurostimulation has been used. Results help provide the information about the features and effectiveness of dynamic dysfunction. Conclusion. The use of dynamic electroneurostimulation relieves pain in various degrees of dysfunction in this case, restoring the function of the masticatory muscles and temporomandibular joint. Combining the frequency increases the therapeutic effect of the method by reducing the time of onset of analgesia and extending the duration of its action.

The purpose of the article is to define variants of anterior cerebral artery (АСА) of adults depending on typological and combined variability of its morphological and biomechanical features. Material and methods: The research has included 228 samples of anterior cerebral arteries, 115 corpses of people aged 21-84 years received on autopsy. The following points have been under the research: external and internal diameters, wall thickness, general strength, strength range, absolute and relative deformation of an artery. Results: According to the studied parameters 3 groups of variants of arteries have been allocated: with average size of a sign (M±s), with lesser size of a sign ( M + s). Combined variability of morphological and biomechanical features of АСА has been presented. Conclusion: АСА groups with higher variability, especially at men, have been observed in 2,2-2,6 times more often, than at women. As exception, thin-walled АСА which in 1,7 times more often taped at women have been considered. It has been revealed that subjects of alternative group III in 1,2-1,7 times older than those of alternative group I of arteries. Age of subjects who have been classified according to biomechanical parameters of АСА wall has been approximately identical (r=0,28-0,51). The experimentally received data about morphological, deforming and strengthening features may be of great value in studying of blood flow modeling and in optimization of intravascular interventions on cerebral arteries.

For the purpose of studying of morphological and biomechanical parameters of the basilar artery in an experiment on monoaxonic distension by tensile-testing machine Tira Test 28005 (Germany) with a loading cell — 100 N we determined general solidity, breaking point, maximum and relative deformation of the artery. Preliminary under a microscope on cross-section cuts we measured the external diameter of the artery, its wall thickness and calculated the diameter of the lumen. In total, 114 basilar arteries (66 — from corpses of men, 48 — from corpses of women) have been investigated. They were received not later than 16 hours after autopsy of adult people, whose cause of death has not been connected with a sharp vascular cerebral pathology. The statistically authentic prevalence of the size of wall thickness and general solidity of the men’s artery wall was revealed. In age aspect the external diameter, the lumen diameter and the wall thickness of the basilar artery increase. At the same time the solidity of the wall decreases and its ability to prolongation increases.
