At the background of the therapy for 3 months with Perindopril, Telmisartan and Bisoprolol, the patients with arterial hypertension were noted to decrease systolic and diastolic arterial pressure. The preparations under investigation had different effects on electrolyte metabolism. Therapy with Telmisartan turned out to have the least effect on electrolyte metabolism. Microalbuminuria is a risk factor in patients with arterial hypertension and may influence on the basic blood electrolyte balance. Bisoprolol should be recommended as the most preferable therapy for arterial hypertension from the pharmacoeconomic point of view. In order to control morning systolic arterial pressure the preference should be given to Perindopril, while for controlling evening systolic arterial pressure the preference should be given to Telmisartan

Daily rhythm of blood pressure and variational pulse indices during clinoorthostatic test in children and teenagers with vegetative dystonia syndrome has been studied. The disorganized daily rhythm in parameters of variational rythmopulsometry has been revealed. Itvariates with different types of clinoorthostatic test. 43% of examined patients have demonstrated changes in the type of blood pressure reaction on orthostasis during 24 hours. This phenomenon indicates that vegetative reactivity and vegetative supply of activity during different day periods are not stable in patients with vegetative dystonia syndrome.

The article is devoted to the study of systolic blood pressure features in the population of large industrial center. On the basis of measurement of blood pressure in adult population of three city regions there were revealed the following age-related changes in systolic blood pressure in men: three periods of rise and two periods of stabilization. The principal difference in women is the absence of the periods of rise and stabilization, lower level of blood pressure in young and middle aged people and authentically higher level of blood pressure - in elderly women. The increase of haemodynamical loading for one year of life in men of the middle (2 times) and elder ages (3 times) was revealed, that was not typical forwomen.
