Patients of middle and old age with ischemic heart desease and diseases of urinary system (DUS) have been examined. Leukocytic index of intoxication (Lll), hematologic parameter of intoxication (HPI), parameter of immunity intensity (Pll) have been significantly increased in groups of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, diabetes and DUS. These indices have been directly correlated with content of IL6 and TNFa, and examined autoantibodies (AAb), especially with contents of antibodies to DNA, to collagen, to fiber-regulator of differentiation and migration immature neuroblast S100. Indices of Lll, HPI and Pll have been decreased in group of patients with normal body weight and urolithiasis. In this group the increase of allergization index (Al) and content of IL6, TNFa has been noticed. Indices of AAb pointed to metabolic disorders. The increase of cytokines in patients with pyelonephritis has been revealed. Content of AAb has been slightly increased in comparison with normal indices

The research results are presented in the work. 100 patients aged 1–18 with different Epstein-Barr viral infection course variations have been observed. Clinical features of infectious mononucleosis in case of primary infection and its revivification have been revealed. The evaluation of intensity of autosensibilization processes has been performed. The interrelation of autoimmune and cytokine reactions and their participation in formation of organopathology in case of Epstein-Barr viral infection are demonstrated.

A comparative research of cytokines IL-1b, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, INF-/, TNF-a and its concentration in cellular material suspension on surface of pseudo erosion of uterine cervix was carried out. It was clarified that inefficient activation of local protective factors of immune system plays the main role in clinical behavior of pseudo erosion of uterine cervix. Imbalance of cytokines output to pro-inflammatory factors was observed.

In this work dynamics ofinflammatoryandanti-inflammatory cytokines in blood serum of 65 patients with atrophic arthritis depending on activity, duration of inflammatory process, presence or absence of the rheumatoid factor is represented. It is determined: that the level ofФНО-а in blood serum among patients with atrophic arthritis does not depend upon the growth of an inflammatory process’s activity and presence or absence of the rheumatoid factor, but it depends upon the clinical course’s duration. The maintenance of ИФ-у and ИЛ-4 in patients' blood serum with atrophic arthritis depends upon a degree of an inflammatory process’s activity and does not depend upon the clinical course’s duration and presence or absence of the rheumatoid factor.

This research is dedicated to the problem of choosing treatment tactics in catarrhal form of acute appendicitis. The results of investigation and treatment of 1468 patients with acute appendicitis of our region were analyzed. Large specific gravity (26%) of patients who had been operated with regard to acute appendicitis was exposed. With the purpose of improvement of surgical treatment results of patients with acute appendicitis we have worked out and instilled a diagnostic system, which is a totality of invasive and uninvasive methods of investigation that allows to divide clinical material into two categories: one of them is with existence of inflamed process and the other is without it.
