Investigation of proinflammatory and antiinflammatory cytokines content in blood serum (IL-1 (3, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, INF-y, IL-17) was carried out for establishment of clinical and diagnostic value of disturbances of immunoregulatory processes and lipid spectrum in patients with psoriasis. Method of solid phase immune-enzyme analysis and indicators of lipid profile on biochemical analyzer Stat Fax were used in the study. It was found out that psoriasis exacerbation was accompanied by change of proinflammatory and antiinflammatory cytokines in blood serum and increase of lipid profile level. The hyperproliferation and inflammatory skin changes in case of psoriasis exacerbation were accompanied by hyperproduction of cytokines and disturbance of immunoregulatory processes to Th-2 cellular answer including autoimmune processes. The described changes led to raised synthesis of lipids and to their entry into peripheral blood flow. Determination of proinflammatory cytokines and lipids level in blood serum in patients with psoriasis can be used for an estimation of severity of disease, its development prognosis and administered therapy

In the article the results of study of comparative influence of system and local treatment by Ronkoleykin on indicators of immune status at 33 children with medium severe bronchial asthma are listed. As a result of fulfilled research it was established that therapy by Ronkoleykin both in the form of injections, and in the form of an aerosol, introduced on a background of basic inflammatory treatment of atopic bronchial asthma, provided positive dynamics of immune and cytokine status. The research goal is to study clinical and immunological features of parodentium and cytokine profile in oral cavity of pregnant women. The condition of parodentium tissues was studied at 200 women with physiological pregnancy and 300 women with pregnancy complicated by gestosis. According to the results of examination 50 women with gestosis and 50 women with physiological pregnancy had inflammatory periodontal diseases. Phenotyping of lymphocytes by immunofluorescence method, investigation of necrosis containing factor of tumour-a, interleukin-8, interleukin-4 and transforming growth factor beta-1 in oral cavity by immunofermental analysis were performed. Frequency and character of inflammatory periodontal diseases at pregnancy were defined. Correlation of gingivitis and periodontitis at pregnancy with extragenital pathology was demonstrated. Immune and cytokine disbalance contributed greatly to pathogenesis of inflammatory periodontal diseases at pregnant women. Thus pathogenesis of oral hygiene, smoking, gestosis, immunosuppression and cytokine disbalance affects inflammatory periodontal diseases at pregnant women

It has been established during the experiments carried on noninbred rats that chronic intoxication of ethanol (30 days, total dose - 6,0 LD50) essentially reduces concentration of cytokines (IFNy, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6,IL-10) in blood, reduces interrelation of IFNy/IL-4 in comparison with the control, suppresses immune reactions, indicating the greater lesion of Th1-cells in comparison with Th2-lymphocytes

The purpose of present research wras definition of frequency of osteopenia development in children with chronic pyelonephritis and optimization of pharmacological correction of revealed disorders. 121 children with chronic pyelonephritis and normal glomerular filtration rate were included in the investigation. Mineral density of bone tissue, biochemical parameters of bone remodeling, cytokine profiles were examined. 3 varients of therapy were used. Control period lasted 12 months. Clinical predictors of osteopenia were indicated. The increased biochemical parameters of bone resorption, IL-6, IL-4, OPG were revealed in chidren with chronic pyelonephritis, the indices were higher in case of osteopenia. The article concluded that the most effective treatment scheme included the use of 3 medicines with different effects

Gerontological patients with ischemic heart disease which is not accompanied by such pathology as diabetes (SD) and osteoporosis (OP) with normal or increased body weight (females) generally have got «the highest potential of health». It has been proved by phase portraits and autoantibodies (AAb) and cytokines indices. Adaptative disturbances in these groups have been revealed at the age of 95 and 89 accordingly. The presence of such accompanying pathology as SD and OP causes dysadaptation.
